![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Getting a BIG Penis is one thing, getting it to do what you want is something else. Many guys work their asses off to gain an inch or two in length and girth only to be stressed at making it function properly. many guys with big gains can't seem to get that rock hard erection anymore and there's also a loss of sensation for some. Some lose the ability to ejaculate or urinate efficiently. Most problems can probably be associated with injury while exersizing. No one can ever stress enough just how important it is to take serious caution when exersizing your precious tool because the risks are many and real. Sure we have doctors and science that supposedly gets better all the time but I just haven't seen a lot of glorious new information and breakthroughs in the field of penile medicine lately. I see guys wanting to skip the basic conditioning program and go straight to the hard core stuff and I see a guy damaged for life because of impatience and stupidity. Its going to take some time and its going to take some elbow grease and sweat so settle in for the long haul. Before you start working your unit Heat up for 10-20 minutes and take all the time you need to be careful and exersize safely. And remember , a 12" dick that doesn't get hard, splatters during urination, and is in pain 24 hours a day, isn't nearly as valuable as a 5" dick that is perfectly healthy.

Here, here, P.H. We are living in the quick fix generation. Forget about the x y or z one. I spent a month or two studying p.e. before I started. I always spent a long time warming up and still do.

Ditto that 411. I spent quite a bit of time researching b4 I did my first Jelq. It has paid off in spades. For me the key is knowing you unit and paying attention. Lots of whole vegetable juice for healing. Warm up, and warm down for blood flow etc. And Condrotine, Glucosamine and MSM to keep the connective tissue pliable. Those 3 supplements are known for joint support and joint health. All 3 have sulfur in their molecular structure, which is a key component of collagen. Collagen helps from cartilage and ligaments. Take these and you will ensure healthy joints and ligs.

My wife started me on them 2 years ago for arthritis symptoms, and it could be one reason for some of my gains early.

Cod liver oil is also good for arthritis. I got it in my naughty finger from flipping people off to much i suppose. But mostly i think it is from taking a long time to jerk off. Haha!

Looks like those long jerking sessions have helped contribute to your big cock, King Kingpole. Long live jerking off!! Whooohoooo!! I'll have to take some of that stuff too. I don't have much arthritis, thank God, thank God, phew, phew, phew, but I'll take it anyway if it will help my big dick stay limber. I awoke and quickly edged my delightful dick to a 10.75" by 6.5" erection this morning--measuring straight out, mind you, while lying in bed. That's with my trusty tape which measures the curvature of my cock. I like that. Cock curvature, cock curvature. Can you say that ten times real fast? Whoohooo! When my dick is fully erect, these lengths are less--and with a ruler, less for sure. But since I've always measured with a tape, I'll keep measuring that way--same time, same place, same angle. I'll keep using my trusty tape. Big Al and Kingpole both can't be wrong in this regard. When I faint from too much blood flowing to my dick, maybe I'll stop p.e.ing. But I doubt it. He, he. I have a small head. He, he, he. Not my dick head, dodo. ![]() Long live p.e.!! Can't stop! Won't stop! Why stop???
