I give you kudos JP for not engaging the conversation. I'm finding it very hard right now to keep my big mouth shut and not say a word because there are a few issues that were addressed above that I'd LOVE to bring to the surface but I'm not going to. I'll simply leave it at this, EVERY country has it's issues and the US is no exception. I love my country but there are certainly a few things I'd absolutely change about it. Nuff said.

Rock mentioned the Australian system. It is interesting that Australia had a Govt owned bank( Commonwealth Bank) until recently when it was privitised.
The Australian banks, which have some regulation, sailed through the downturn, while others crashed and were bought by their governments.

With all due respect happy stud, I dont believe I've insulted anyone. I expressed my opinion that I feel that Jesus was a true communist, I didnt expand on why, which is that he treated everyone equally, he treated the rich as he treated the poor, he didnt see himself as better than anyone else. I didnt say he was a dictator or anything like that, I'm just saying that he spread what he had, his knowledge, wisdom amongst others.
When I mentioned that Jesus was a communist in my post, (and you can believe this if you want, but I dont really believe that anyone is here on pegym to tell anything other than the truth), so when I mentioned that Jesus was a communist, I was doing so as a mark of respect (in my opinion) to Jesus. I was referring to the merits that I see of the communist ECONOMIC system (not political system), and how I UNDERSTAND that Jesus existed.
In reference to JonPops very relevant response, I think I chose my words poorly and left a very simple sentence too open to interpretation. So people who see communism as evil or unpalatable may think that I insulted Jesus, but that was never my intention guys.

So sorry if I've upset anyone, wasnt my intention, I am not christian, I dont believe in god. But I'm not anti god, I've looked for god, just never found it. Infact, I dont even know what I'm looking for!! I'd say Im probably look to buddhist principles more so than anything, I practise insight meditation daily and believe in the concept of emptiness. Buddhism teaches tolerence towards others and that no one is more or less right or entitled to their opinions than the next person. But Christianity certainly teaches these things aswell. If you knew me you would know that I didnt mean to offend, poor choice of phrasing on my part. I hope those of you that did get annoyed can see the point I was trying to make, and if you dont agree, understand you probably know a lot more than I do about the topic, and notch any disagreement down to my own ignorance.
