hey guys back with an update if you see my sig below it will show you my gains for month 3. i put on another 1/8'' bpfl and also a 3/16'' gain in Bpel so thats almost another 1/4'' this for this month although it was all length i think im going to measure girth one more time though because i dont feel like i had 100% eq last time i measured

Bravo, JohnSmith. Way to go, good man! Your routine and your determination tell it all! Keep up the good work! I take four capsules of the omego 3 at my doctor's request and I agree that it has done wonders for me--not just in a stronger, more vascular dick, but all around better health. My cholesterol plummeted when I started taking the omega 3 pills--total cholesterol down to 106. THAT is a miracle. That can't but help the vascularity in my cock.

Your story is inspiring. Thank you.

The thread title is a little misleading, I never heard of anyone combining their length and girth gains into one total measurement. 7/16X1/2 is not a bad gain tho, keep up the good work and keep us updated on you more rigorous workout.

And yea omega-3 is fish oils

Well Hairtrigger i figure your unit is one thing so why not measure your gains as a total instead of length or girth measureing this way will tell you how much bigger you have actually become and it gives you good self motivation in my opinion =)

I think this process could be harmful to some people though because when you do this your veins buldge like freaking crazy and its possible that you could pop a vessel but thats what the omega-3's are for! vascular strength and such anyway good luck guys ! keep on growin

Sounds like your doing Supra slammers. Maybe this is the shock routine radiohead is looking for. How many days per week do you preactice this form of PE?
