Just the basic routine of stretches and jelqing for the first two months or so.
Warm up 10 min.
Stretch out, rt, lf, up, down 3 x 10sec for each
Jelq for 10 min. ( aprox. 300 strokes )
Head work 5 min.
Warm down 10min.
Week by week I increased pulling pressure, time, and sets to my stretching until I got to 20 min. I also increased my jelqing week to week until I was up to 30 min. So this basic routine started with 35min and I worked up to a little over an hour.
Now I have slowly ramped up to this new routine which is great.
Warm up 10 min.
Stretch out, rt, lf, up, down 6 x 20sec for each and added kegal to stretches
Jelq for 60 min ( aprox. 1500 strokes ) added hard kegal ( aprox. 700 ) before every other stroke and erection level at 75% (be very carefull)
Head work every 300 strokes for five min. until done ( 30sec sets )
Uli and Horse every 600 strokes for five min, until done ( 30sec sets )
Warm down 10 min with quick kegals until done ( one every two sec )
I can't believe this routine has got me the results you see. I am very committed and have never givin up! I keep a positive mindset and take it one day at a time. Who knew we could all grow a perfect dick of our liking. Good luck I hope this helps.
