Rep Power: 3 | On my way back to 8" I've had an extremely stressful 5 months and have had no time or motivation for PE. Until now. This isn't some post to sell you anything or to promote any specific lifestyle, rather some observations I have made since starting PE right here at the gym last December. I found a few websites that got me started but the guys here made it easy for me to get on a good path to getting results, and I did with out a doubt get results. I didn't take true starting stats but after a few weeks I measured around 6.5 by about 4.5. Now I'm not sure what I have for a measurement on my profile but I know that when I measured last it was around 7 1/4 by about 5 and change(don't remember exact but remember being happy with the results.) The point is THERE WERE GAINS!!! For the most part I have kept the length gains(I know because it reaches my bellybutton and even further when at a high EQ) but it's no where near as girthy or full looking, and a high EQ is difficult to come by these days. I would rate myself at around a 6.5 or a 7 at best, I know it's from a lot of stress, drinking, smoking, and shitty eating habbits which is why I'm posting this today. The last 2 months I have had a pathetic flacid hang (down from around 5.5. by 4.25) to what looks to be about 3.5-4 by about 3.5, which isn't all that bad I know, but from what it was, to what it is, I'm unhappy. I guess I'm just venting my PE or lack of PE frustrations, the point of this post is to say PE worked for me and will work again once I start back up. The one thing I noticed above all other things......Smoking is killing my cock!!! Smoking might be the number one anti-PE tool, and I can't wait to quit, also I noticed a higher fiber diet helped, i think it might have been due better blood flow from the flax(which did have small amounts of arginine in it 200 mg I think) and fish oil. I think in the long run PE will work for most men, I can't wait to get back to it and get my 8X6.

Rep Power: 7 | Good to see you back bodistava, looks like you found what you have been looking for, a reason to continue improving your overall health and EQ. As you know there is nothing about PE that this easy, if it was everyone would have a swinging 8X6 unit. After my first three months I was almost sick of looking at my unit, I had great gains but I needed a break too. Thats why you don't see me doing 45 minute workouts anymore.
Just before I started PE I also made another commitment to get in better shape, other than round. I've lost close to 15 pounds and feel pretty good about myself, I can walk around the pool now with a little more confidence. I made small changes instead of going overboard with a whole new lifestyle, I wouldn't have made it a week if I had did that.
I quit smoking about 6 years ago, it was hard but very worth it. I would put that at the top of my to-do list. Don't get carried away with whatever you decice on doing, let it fit your schedule and back it down when you feel a burnout coming on. Good luck. |

Rep Power: 3 | Yo Tanvir, I started on the 90 routine and got myself worked up to about 4-5 45 minute sessions a week combining a good kegles routine and a few girth focused advanced exercises. Good luck.
KingPole, you aint kiddin....I have done just 2 sessions so far and I got it back, I quit smoking butts and expect some good gains once I focus my routine, for now it's just maintenance. I'm liking the 3 part dry jelq along with some LOW EL bends and ULI's and manual stretches in all directions. All this takes about 10 minutes or so with no warm up or cool down, just some shower water. I took measurements Friday that looked like 7.25x5.25, still having EQ issues though. Gotta fix that, who wants a big, half hard dick. Not me, that's who.

Whatever you do, don't forget to kegel, do it whenever you get some spare time, just don't over do it. I like to combine it with my Jelqs. If you've been at this long enough you might want to try internal stretches and A stretches, the V Jelq is a really good overall exercise, Use it. Really though, for the best results read around, everything you want to know is on this site somewhere.

Rep Power: 0 | great advice everybody. and bodistava your right this place is a wealth of knowledge. ive been doin pe for about 4 months and seen reasonable gains and negative pe. ive found that everybody on here is right slow and easy not to much, and not to hard is better. im a smoker too, and put it on a forum with no response but i know that poor curculation is not a good thing and will not help my progress, i got a presript today to help me quit (needed to quit for a long time) and im hoping i can get my old body back and improve my pe. im not going to over do it but i am one person who needs the lifestyle change and im really hopeing this works for me. |
