I started out in October of 2003 with a strict jelqing routine and gained a half inch in length within a week or two. I had no goal, really, since I began P.E. to get my rock hard woodies back, and after slowly increasing length and intensity of my jelqing sessions, I had my eleven o'clock woodies back within a month. After that initial half inch gain, I gained nothing the rest of month one, then months two and hree. But those almost three months with no gains did not stop me. I was hooked.
I always started out with a long hot wrap warm-up of ten to fifteen minutes. And I kept increasing the length and intensity of my sessions, VERY SLOWLY, AND VERY METHODICALLY into my four month, when I added the stretches--all directions, along with helicoptors (rotors), but especially straight out and down stretches, and A stretches. I quit counting the reps early on, because it was boring and I lost my focus. I can practice a session for an hour or two, or even more, but I stopped doing that after five months of P.E. Here is why: When I added the stretches to my jelqing routine at the beginning of my fourth month, I started to gain again like crazy. My length went from 8.25" (I started out at 7.75" which is way above average, I know), to 10.25".
I also gained a full inch in girth, measuring 7" at the base (I even hit 8" base girth once after a long edging session). I freaked out. I thought, (visions of grandeur)

that my dick would never stop growing. So I cut back during my fifth month and lost pretty much all of the 2" in length that I had gained during those fourth and fifth months. I did keep a full inch in length and full inch in girth, however. That was cemented.
The other exercise I have practiced since those first five to six months or so is edging, which has given me awesome temporary gains. My edging session lasts an hour to two hours--sometimes close to three hours. I guess because of my age, I am able to not pop for the longest periods of times. But come to think of it, I could pretty much always do that. Some guys pop too soon. My problem was the reverse--even when I was in my 20's. I could fuck endlessly back in the day. I like to edge late at night or first thing in the morning when my dick seems to be the most "pumped." My favorite routine is to awake with a woody receding and start an edging session, then grab the tape and measure my dick from bone to piss slit as it is flagging from a full erection. I can edge that sucker to 10", as I am lying in the warmth of my covers and with it extending straight out. Once in a while I can edge it to 11" or more. I call those my "freaky Fridays." They're rare.
One other great exercise I "invented" during my fourth month was the "jelqstretch combo." I do a two to three second slow jelq and finish it off by grabbing my glans and pulling very hard straight out and then downwards for a total count of about five seconds. I had a high lot (10 o'clock), so I'm sure that was a positive factor (and still is) in my my gains from stretching straight out and then downwards.
These are the various exercises and routines I have practiced over the past five years. I haven't really changed the manual exercises that much, other than to limit their duration. Right now, as I mentioned in the previous post, I do a mix of all of these, but not for nearly the length of time I put into them early on in my P.E. career. I am too busy teaching, writing and grandfathering to put the kind of time and intensity into P.E. I did during my first year. But who knows? I'm in for the long haul!!
