I'm happy to report I awoke this mornng, zero degrees outside, with a 7" x 7" (at the base) flaccid dick. The various stretches and the edging are bringing my old girth back.

Great work. And great to know that this really does help even when we get older.

My one concern is this: I'm fairly new to starting a routine that works for me. I have experienced slight shrinkage years ago when I was doing a really intense routine. How does one cement their growth? I mean I will PE for the rest of my life for the health benefits, but I don't want to have to keep working on length/girth all the time.

I don't spend nearly as long as I used to practicing P.E. I guess you would call my present routine somewhere between a maintenance routine and a "it's never enough" one. Here is what I am doing presently: First of all, I rarely miss some kind of P.E. every single day of the week even if it's just a piss pull or a short edging session when I awake in the morning. I DO do an occasional jelqing session of a half hour or so--once or twice a week. My stretching routine varies as well. Some days I do some lazy ass stretches--15 minutes or so. Other days I do the A stretch with (reverse kegels)--what they call at MOS, DLD's "blasters." Two to five twenty second ones. But whatever I do stretching-wise, it's always straight out and then down real hard for twenty second pulls with extreme pull the last five seconds. I even do Kingpole's bed fowfers once in a while. My daily goal is to be able to pull my totally flaccid dick to three to four inches above my belly button. Most days I can do that after a short stretching (ten minutes or less) session.

But I never do any P.E. if my dick is turtling. It has to do be "pumped" or as I call it, "flushed flaccid." Otherwise, no P.E. The result of all of this is that my flaccids stay strong--usually 7" x 6" or more upon awakening. This tells me my dick is in good shape. I have been kegeling more lately to work on stronger erections since they have been flagging a bit lately. But it's bitter cold here, (it seems forever), and I have been fighting the "crud" for a good month or more. So I'm not complaining.

Hope this is helpful. My 9" x 6" is definitely cemented. I occasionally spring a 9.5" x 6.5" (occasionally 7") woody. This is NOT cemented. But it will be some day, for that I am sure. My totally flaccid stretches, depending on which direction I'm stretching my dick, range from 9.5" to 13". The 13" is straight up above the belly button. Kingpole explained to me once why this direction is a kind of anomoly and so much longer than the other directions, but it is easier to measure and gives me a standard stretch measurement to measure real (albeit temporary) flaccid stretch gains.

I measure my dick a lot. I know it's a reflection of OCD, from which I suffer to a some degree, but as far as I'm concerned, this is not a bad thing. Whatever I apply myself to in life I just do not give up--never have.

Final piece of advice: Forget about "working on length/girth all the time." Just choose the exercises that you most enjoy and do them whenever your dick is NOT TURTLING. Make it a game--a sport. Make it fun. I think you will have more fun and not worry so much about doing it for the rest of your life. You know, when I get up in the morning with a flaccid 7" x 7", my dick tells me that P.E. has worked for me and continues to work for me. That is all that matters.

I started out in October of 2003 with a strict jelqing routine and gained a half inch in length within a week or two. I had no goal, really, since I began P.E. to get my rock hard woodies back, and after slowly increasing length and intensity of my jelqing sessions, I had my eleven o'clock woodies back within a month. After that initial half inch gain, I gained nothing the rest of month one, then months two and hree. But those almost three months with no gains did not stop me. I was hooked.

I always started out with a long hot wrap warm-up of ten to fifteen minutes. And I kept increasing the length and intensity of my sessions, VERY SLOWLY, AND VERY METHODICALLY into my four month, when I added the stretches--all directions, along with helicoptors (rotors), but especially straight out and down stretches, and A stretches. I quit counting the reps early on, because it was boring and I lost my focus. I can practice a session for an hour or two, or even more, but I stopped doing that after five months of P.E. Here is why: When I added the stretches to my jelqing routine at the beginning of my fourth month, I started to gain again like crazy. My length went from 8.25" (I started out at 7.75" which is way above average, I know), to 10.25".

I also gained a full inch in girth, measuring 7" at the base (I even hit 8" base girth once after a long edging session). I freaked out. I thought, (visions of grandeur) that my dick would never stop growing. So I cut back during my fifth month and lost pretty much all of the 2" in length that I had gained during those fourth and fifth months. I did keep a full inch in length and full inch in girth, however. That was cemented.

The other exercise I have practiced since those first five to six months or so is edging, which has given me awesome temporary gains. My edging session lasts an hour to two hours--sometimes close to three hours. I guess because of my age, I am able to not pop for the longest periods of times. But come to think of it, I could pretty much always do that. Some guys pop too soon. My problem was the reverse--even when I was in my 20's. I could fuck endlessly back in the day. I like to edge late at night or first thing in the morning when my dick seems to be the most "pumped." My favorite routine is to awake with a woody receding and start an edging session, then grab the tape and measure my dick from bone to piss slit as it is flagging from a full erection. I can edge that sucker to 10", as I am lying in the warmth of my covers and with it extending straight out. Once in a while I can edge it to 11" or more. I call those my "freaky Fridays." They're rare.

One other great exercise I "invented" during my fourth month was the "jelqstretch combo." I do a two to three second slow jelq and finish it off by grabbing my glans and pulling very hard straight out and then downwards for a total count of about five seconds. I had a high lot (10 o'clock), so I'm sure that was a positive factor (and still is) in my my gains from stretching straight out and then downwards.

These are the various exercises and routines I have practiced over the past five years. I haven't really changed the manual exercises that much, other than to limit their duration. Right now, as I mentioned in the previous post, I do a mix of all of these, but not for nearly the length of time I put into them early on in my P.E. career. I am too busy teaching, writing and grandfathering to put the kind of time and intensity into P.E. I did during my first year. But who knows? I'm in for the long haul!!

Hi, I just wanted to say that going411by7 is an utter inspiration to the male sex, I can't stress that enough. God I love PE, im a lifer for sure now.
