Thank you for the great read.

I will soon have a story like this too

I hope that those bastards in high school don't go to college and stay unemployed. I can only imagine the horror you went through. You need to be proud of what you achieved. You can now officially fuck every stupid one of those chicks and they wouldn't be able to take your size.

First off I would like to say congratulations!! You must feel great about yourself these days PEsuccessGuy. Goes to show what you put in is what you get out. With my limited PE experience I have tried a few different things and have come round to the point that for me less is more too. Even less than the suggested beginners routine here at PE gym.

So I had a break and restarted with a lighter routine. I have now done 3 months and gained 0.50 cm in length. From my personal experience, I believe that you have hit the nail on the head in every aspect PEsuccessGuy with your post and provided some really good solid principles to stick by. Good Work!!

Such a good site here at PE Gym. I spend a lot of time here. Hopefully once I get my gains I can help others too.

I would just like to know, have you had any negative things with PE such as discolouration or any turkey neck? These things can creep up over time and seeing that everything you have written has really "spoken to me" I would like to know if you have dealt with them and if so how? Anyone else?

What an inspirational read!! You have created a dick to be proud of. I'm working with a fellow who tends to give up much too soon. This is just the kind of story he needs to read. It reminds me of my own, in many ways. I too went three months without gaining, but switched to a new routine and BAM! I was off to the races. I haven't stopped since. I like how you stressed the importance of the long warm-up. I always made it a point to spend ten to twenty minutes warming up. And those long edging sessions. They are true dynamite!! Yours has been a great journey! Congrats and continued success.

I've been fortunate. The only negative PIs I had for 2 years was some penis fatigue. I've always been anal when it comes to safety and while I was always determined to make PE work, I was never willing to exercise to the point where I injured myself.

I recently started a new routine and after two sessions with it, I lost my morning wood and my penis was extremely fatigured. It was a dumb decision and I quickly de-intensified the routine. I'm back to 10 minutes of jelqing (that's it!). It just goes to show you that in the game of PE, overdoing things is just plain dumb.

In a world where people are always looking for the EASY way out, it's funny how SO many people want to make PE more difficult than it has to be. You can do LESS and gain MORE. I let that concept slip out of my mind for a few days - and it will NEVER happen again.

Thanks for the reply. I totally agree on you with overtraining although it can be a very easy trap to fall into especially as the gains can be so slow to come. I would now rather encourage it to grow with a lighter grip and less jelqs as opposed to forcing it. I also now train more often i.e. 2 days on 1 day off. So going with the principle of more frequent lighter workouts vs heavier less frequent ones seems to be working for me over the last 3 months. Woohoo!! Keep the gains rolling in.

I just want to offer my sentiments as well to you PE-SG, you are a true inspiration!

I have to say that I dabbled with PE a year or so ago and didn't really get going with it. A lot of what you say is common sense, but you'd be surprised just how easily people forget about the simple things and overtrain.

I've told myself that it's going to be a long journey, but in the end I'll get there. And anyway, having a goal, something that you focus upon, is a great thing to have in life, because when you achieve it, the satisfaction is incredible!

Hopefully in a few years time, I'll be in your position and will be posting a similar thread, but in the meantime, I'm just going to work hard and make those gains!

Smile Amazing Gains

PESG, I want to thank you. You saved my pee-pee and have started me back on the road to serious and fast gains.

I joined this site in October of 2008. I started off jelquing way too hard, way too fast. In a few weeks I was doing Uli squeezes, fully erect jelqs, etc. My penis was so swollen after each workout (or torture session) it was crazy. Swollen, red, splotchy, really ugly.

By December, I had hit a wall. I had gained 3/8" EG and 1/4"-3/8 BPEL, which was nice, but I wondered how much of it was just swelling from the hell I had given my wing-ding.

I took over a month off. I had to decondition and decide if it was worth it for me to keep doing PE. So, after a lengthy break, I measured and found that I had held onto 1/4" and only a little of the BPEL. Well, that was enough to prove to me that PE works. I was getting ready to start back on my insane routine again when I discovered this post. I decided to give your original routine a try. Well, that was last week.

Check this out. Yesterday, after my session, I did a bone-pressed flaccid stretch length measurement. I stretched to 8". I have never, ever, stretched over 7 1/2" like that before. And my BPEL was 7 3/4". I am just blown away. My EG I didn't actually check yesterday, so I can't comment on that. But the BPEL is CRAZY!

So agan, I thank you for a well-written and informative post PESG!

Great news, Gladhander. Again you have proved out point that very often "less is more." Good luck with future gains.
