Brilliant post. Really motivational. I've added a link to it in the Progress Log that I keep - if I ever start to doubt PE, I'll give this thread a read

Great story. Quick question, do you kegel while you jelq or do you do the kegels seperately on it's own?

Thanks

I refer back to this post every once in a while because its such great motivation, and well charted out so you can see how moderate gains can add up to massive ones over time.
Great post

PESG,
Absolutely a great read to inspire all on our mission. Your outline to say the least was very methodical and full of wisdom. I too have stuck to a very basic routine and believe less is more. Congratulations on your successful journey...I hope others take your advise to heart.

Aya,
I'm in my mid 30's and I started this year. Don't put up mental road blocks. There are guys in their 50's showing great results. Just get in there and know that it is just a matter of time and persistence. Enjoy the journey my friend.
