i dunno if this is true but the last time i checked way back 2008 i was 5.5", last night and after a week of PE, it's already 6"... it's really a big help!

Wow, I haven't been to visit this thread in a long time. I'm glad people are still using it as motivation. I often go through and scan my hand written notes from years ago. It's great to look back and see what I accomplished. I can't wait to get back and start PE'ing again. I know I'm going to go right back to where I started with a nice easy and safe routine. That's where it's at guys!

Great job so far Aya. Keep it up man and you'll be sporting a big sausage in no time! And it is NEVER too late to start PE!

maybe growth hormones in play? im 24 turning 25 next year! by january i have to get 6.5" and 4.75" girth! but im having troubles gaining girth though, still@ 4.25...

Girth will come. Most people will tell you that girth is excedingly more difficult to gain than length. But it will come. Just stay steadfast and positive.

I'm not really sure if growth hormones really have much to do with it, but they may. I know they can't hurt the process, that's for sure.

This is really a great post, all beginners should definetly read this one. PE is a long time process, but if u are persistant and patient, it is very rewarding. Im new to PE myself and will probably start routine in few weeks, and posts like this one will be my guideline throughout the way. PESG congrats. on your gains and thanks for this.
