Goals
Every one needs to set goals to help achieve the things they want to do. Last year on my birthday in July I weighed 247 lbs. I set a goal to weigh under 200 lbs. by my next birthday. Next week I will be 65, will I meet my goal, not quite. I could cheat & crash diet or lie a little tell everyone I weigh 199.
Goals are just goals, if the results of those goals are good whether the goal is met or not you should be happy, I know I am. I started exercising because of the desire to lose weight, I am in better shape, feel better, look better, my wife looks at me like she used too, all good reasons to be happy, but I will not meet my goal. The results of the goal are more important to me than meeting the goal. I weighed myself this morning & the scales said 204 lbs.
I do not intend to stop my diet just because I did not quite meet my goal of under 200 lbs. I am going to set another goal weighing 175 by next birthday. Will I meet the goal, I hope, but if not the results will be good.
When I started PE, the only goal I set was to get a good solid erection without the help of pills. I have been using different PE exercises for about 8 months. I have started taking some herbs that have also helped. I do not take the advertised packaged supplements, they have too many things in them that I do not want to take. I have learned a lot from this forum & using Google to find the herbs that might help ED. If any one wants to know what herbs I take, I will post them.
I met my goal of a good solid erection without pills, but by setting that goal I got more than I planned on. My sex life is back to being fun, not a chore trying to get an erection. My cock is longer, thicker than anytime in my life. Do I intend to quit because I met my goal, no, I enjoy doing PE, it is fun, I just want to see how much longer & thicker I can make my cock doing PE.
I guess the point I am trying to make is, when we set goals we decide to try do something, whether is getting a bigger cock, losing weight, trying to satisfy your woman better in bed or anything else. The results of setting that goal are more important than meeting that goal. If you met your goal great, if not, keep trying, maybe you set your goal too high. Whatever your goal was, if you achieved any part of your goal, you have more now, than when you started, just be happy & keep trying, you will get results.
