Default An inch in two months

Hey guys whats up John here just thought i would post up some good news. So in these last two months i have gained a total of an inch on my unit girth and length combined. although i havent actually hit 7'' bpel yet i have hit it flaccid many times.

If you take a look at my sig you will see that i started out at 6 1/2'' bpel and 6 9/16'' bpfl as well as 4 3/4'' eg
Well now i am at 6 3/4'' bpel 7'' bpfl and 5 1/4'' eg so in total that is a half inch gain in bpfl a 1/4'' gain in bpel and a 1/2'' gain in eg so for only two months of work i am pretty damn excited this shit works guys oh also this last month i didnt miss one single work out i was doing the 2 days on 1 day off routine although i missed liek 2 or 3 work outs last month i saw more progress in my first month but i guess faster newbie gains can be expected in the first month for some.

So basically my workout for these gains has increased slowly over time i started out doing
about 5-10 mins of letting the water run in the shower then
about 10-15 mins of streching in the shower all directions about 30 seconds a strech then
25 rotary strectches
then about 10 mins or 300 jelqs

And currently i am doing a longer and more intense work out which consists of
10 min warm up
basic stretch all directions
A strech left right up and down
strech diagonals ( all stretches are 45-50 secs long)
50 rotatry stretches ( 25 each direction)
doing about 600-610 jelqs
a few random warm down stretches
every 2nd pe work out i edge for 5-10 mins and have stopped cumming because i think it affects my EQ the next day and ive been trying to keep eq as high as possible
5 min warm down

and i am still getting all postive p.i's with this more intense work out so i dont see any reason to cut it down

Oh also i have been taking 2400mg of omega-3's daily since my 2nd week and also i have started taking 1000mg of L-arginine about 2 weeks ago i attribute some of my gains to these suppliments since they are for cardio vascular health and the veins in my unit have become very large and the blood flow to my unit is excellent

But anyway guys just wanted to post up my first two months of success hope you guys are having success as well!

That's great John! Some damn high reps for jelq! But more power to you. I am hovering between 250 and 300 reps but am slowly increasing since I am not getting sore or seeing negative results.

Man, if that isn't one of the best gains I seen in a two months period. I truly am amazed because I been at it for 8 months and still I haven't gained not even 1/2 of an inch! I'm pretty much speechless, but I ain't ever giving up! Maybe I may try some of those supplements because I'm getting pretty desperate.

Congratulations! Those are some great gains to be stoaked about. Consistency and watching your P.I.'s is a good foundation to build off of.

Good stuff.

That is definitely a shitload of jelqs in one session.

Dont you get sick and tired of jelqing? Personally, I stopped jelqing COMPLETELY after my beginner routine, it feels so much like a burden. Having to count reps and stuff. Also, during jelqing, the penis gets erect and then you need to wait for it to go down...

But hey, different strokes for different folks (litteraly, lol!!!)

Maybe adding jelqs back in would help you with your girth Radiohead? Especially as your objective is girth

well actually i dont mind at all i do all my jelqs in about 15-20 min period and i will watch tv or listen to the radio or something but actually i think i can attribute my girth gains to 2 things #1 i did my first month of jelqs at about 80-90% erection level because i read that increasing your size is all about how much blood the penis can hold i mean i started out slow but then i realized that i could keep a harder erection and still get postive p.i.'s so according to those two things what i did was keep my erections nice and hard while jelqing then after every 100 jelqs i would let myself get to 100% erection level and then kegal as hard as i could to force as much blood into the penis as possible then i would wait a a min or so for it to go down then repeat i mean i dont recommend this for everyone but it has certainly given me some good girth gains and since jelqs are basically the staple of p.e. i try to make them my main source of growth. I'm sure this method wont work for everyone especially beginners but my tests of this method on myself has defiantly shown gains so this month i said okay lets try to keep it at a 60% or so range and see what gains are like i guess i will have to wait until the 4th to post up my new girth measurements but we'll see which method works better for me anyway thanks for all the support guys and good luck dont give up and stay consistant!

Oh and lastly i forgot i cannot tell you how much i love omega-3's this little suppliment definatly helped me on my to increasing my girth because it is a cardio vascular suppliment so i thought to myself okay what is in the penis lots of blood vessels ! as well as some smooth much and ofc the tunica anyway i figured okay so if i can stretch the tunica i can obviously pump more blood into my penis but how can i get the blood down there to give me a 100% erection so i started taking omega-3's in the hopes that it would help to strengthen my vessels and increase my blood flow to my penis as well as giving me other amazing benefits and to my surprise about 2-3 weeks after i started taking it i noticed large gains for a beginer and i attribute much of them to my omega-3's

Kneemore you may not have gained that much but you have gained, and with that attitude you will gain that surely, keep up the consistency and attitude. Remember the old analogy about the ants?

I cant remember it to quote it eloquently but it says something like how ants bring a tiny grain of sand and over time build a fucking massive big anthill. Thats what pe is dude, a few grains of sand each day and you will have your anthill over time. Great character builder p.e. And you've got a good attitude
