Kegel for your partner?

I started PE only last week after a thorough search which convinced me about it's effectiveness.
I am 53 year old. My height is 5'-6''
Flaccid L = 4'' FG = 3.5'' FV = 3.9 cubic inches
Erect L = 6'' EG = 4.5'' EV = 9.66 cubic inches

Goal EL = 8'' EG = 6'' EV = 23 cubic inches
( that is more than double volume)

Within a less than a week I have noticed stronger erections and more stamina. I have been thinking if I encourage my partner (female) to do Kegel exercises so that the mutual response remains reciprocal. Do guys think it is a good idea? Will it achieve better results for both of us? I would like to opinion from as many people as possible on this site.

Absolutely. In fact, with Kegels it's a lot easier for a woman to become "tighter" than it is for us to become bigger.

it's good then. i think it should help having stronger orgasms as well?
i have started to believe that PE is not only for size it is good for all aspects of good sex.
