erection problem?

hello, I have a question about my penis, that I did not know who to ask, so I turned to an online forum, as I figured anonymous is best.

When I have an erection, my penis stands at about 80°. so if the symbol | represents my body, and the symbol / represents my penis, this is a simple picture of what it looks like: |/
and i cannot move it downwards (it hurts when i try). Is this... normal? if not, should I visit a doctor or what?

I should mention I have undergone circumcision when little.

What you are describing is perfectly normal, I'll bet you are young?
Be glad that it is standing at attention like that, it will droop soon enough.
Your ligaments are just very tight and you could benifit from stretching and Jelqing.
