Are there any urban legends in your area or you actually know someone that designed something that improves gas milage on any car
and then suddenly they get all quiet and don't know what you're talking about or end up on a missing person's list?

I don't know anyone personally but have talked to people that do.......Man I'm always so close.

I had a friend 25 or so years ago that swore his dad bought a car from a GM showroom that was there by mistake. He said the car got over 100 MPG. One day some GM executives show up on his doorstep and informed him the car was sold in error. He claims they talked his dad into returning the car replacing it with the same model at no cost. So, supposedly he got a free car out of the deal. This guy was super religious and very honest. I never had any reason to doubt what he was saying... You just never know.
