Here's the story.

I have a girlfriend of 16 months, but recently we have been growing further apart, we did have to go on a break at the end of last summer because she cheated on me with my best friend, and I got revenge by sleeping with my ex.

Now, she has been spending a lot of time with one bloke who just got dumped by his gf for spending too much time with mine, and at the weekend he crashed round hers. Nobody knows what happened exactly outside several rumours, plus, quite a few people actually seem to think that she is an item with my best friend.....

I, on the other hand, at the weekend, hooked up with said ex-gf's best friend at a party.

I'm currently trying to split from my gf without hurting her, which I think I have proved is not possible.

You're a nice guy. If I were in your shoes, I could care less about the woman's feelings. Did she think about your feelings when she was sleeping with your best friend? Probably not.

packed, don't listed to me, I could just be a sinister jerk. But I would most likely do the opposite, and break up with her at the least opportune time, i.e. her period. She would be very emotional, which would lead to an attachment. Plus this probably eliminates the chances that she will go have "get-over" sex with someone else, because many guys aren't down for getting their red wings in a one night stand.

But thats just me. I can't stand cheaters, let alone being cheated on.

I thought I was the same about cheating, I can't tolerate it, then I found out I was capable of it and realised its easier to do than I thought.

I'm working on the break up as I type, thanks again.
