Default vitamins and health supplements for women

I have a few lady friends who noticed the supplements I take and because of the pegym, I'm considered to be a herbal master compared to the average dude. Anyway they have been asking me what supplements they should take for their overall health, for migraines, chest infections and the sort. I recommended the usual omega 3's and vitamin b complex but I imagine for women they might be some other recommendations due to their differing biology, if anyone can chime in and let me know that be great.

Primrose oil for PMS and arthritis. Aloe vera taken internally for overall health (especially digestion and healthy skin). Cactus extracts (hoodia or opuntia) for appetite suppresion.

For chest/respiratory problems the usual: ivy leaf, andrographis paniculata; just to name a couple.

Remember that herbal supplements which, for example, boost testosterone production have been reported to have no effect or even have a negative effect on a woman's hormonal balance.
