When you first start penile exercising, the underlining concept is this: the lighter the intensity, the better. The premise for this is that in the beginning often just 15 or 20 minutes of penile exercise for a few days each week is enough to provide substantial growth. In fact, doing much more than this often sends the penis overboard—causing no growth and often unwanted side effects. But as you advance, you’ll need to increase the intensity to keep the gains coming. That’s because the penis adapts to the exercises… and this adaptation leads to the penis enlargement gains coming to halt (on a side note, the adaptation is typically good for hardness, so long as you’re not overtraining).
So after you’ve been penile exercising for two or so months, the concept is this: gradually increase the intensity. And one of the best ways to do this is to add advanced exercises into the mix. Advanced exercises also allow you to change it up and keep your penis guessing. And the more you do this, the less likely your penis will adapt. On this page you will find several unique advanced exercises that will help you increase the intensity.

Always Jelq: No matter how advance you are—no matter how many months or years you’ve been penile exercising—you should always, always Jelq. Even if your main penis enlargement method is hanging (which entails hanging weights from the penis to enlarge it), you should still do a few jelqs between your hanging sets. Jelqing is that important to penile exercising. That's why a majority of the biggest gainers always Jelqed (even the big gainers who primarily used devices).
Another important note: some penile exercisers only jelq and stretch. Accordingly, you don’t have to use advanced exercises to gain. For an example of a big gainer who only jelqed and stretched, see Edmund’s story (he went from 4.5” in length and 4” in girth to 7.25” in length and 5.25” in girth). Indeed, advanced exercises are not needed and sometimes they’re even detrimental. On the other hand, sometimes growth doesn’t happen without them. Exercising the penis is an experience. Learn each exercise with an open mind. Overtime, you will learn what exercises are best for you.
One last thing before you jump into the advanced exercises: keep in mind that they’re advanced. Meaning, they’re designed for the advanced penile exerciser. Some of these advanced penis enlargement exercises can be used within a week of penile exercising (such as JAI stretches); whereas other penis enlargement exercises shouldn’t be used for at least several months.
A note of caution and advice: Do not do any erect bends or jelqs until you’ve been penile exercising for at least six months. Erect exercises are far more intense than semi-erect exercises, and therefore accidents are much more liable to occur with them. With that in mind, they are beneficial once your penis is conditioned enough for them. |
