A-Stretch Step-by-Step
This exercise uses two hands.
1 .Hand 1: Grip the penis an inch below the glans and pull straight out.
2. Hand 2: Place your arm underneath the stretched penis.
3. Hand 2: Grab the wrist of arm 1. (For more force, push upwards with your entire arm.)
4. Hold for twenty to thirty seconds.





Is it better to jelq first or stretch bcuz I have been doing stretches first and is there any supplements that I can buy to help spead up the process or help see results quicker ( male enhancement products) n what are the names ? Right now I do take L-Arginine 1000
the problem with this workout is that you get tired of holding your penis before anything was really done to stretch it … i wouldnt plan on doing this unless its just for quick stretch before a long PE workout
