    Wondering if Big Al's jelq-free routine will help with length gains as that ia mainly what I am trying to achieve.

    2/17/21
    Nbpel 5.5" ...Bpel 6" .... Mseg 5"

    3/17/21
    Nbpel 5.75" ...Bpel 6.25" .... Mseg 5 1/8"

    Short term goal
    Nbpel 6.5" ...Bpel 7" .... Mseg 5.5"

    Long term goal
    Nbpel 7.5" ...Bpel 8" .... Mseg 6"

    The side 2 side stretches are one of the best (but quiet intense) manuals you can do for length. I prefer jelqing over the squeeze but thats becuse they aid in length gains aswell, the squeeze from what iv heard are excellent for girth.
