    Some of those exercises are advanced and its too soon for you to be using them. Before you do anything I would suggest reading this .

    The beginner routines primary goal is to condition you for the more advanced exercises and that takes 90 days(suggested).

    You can progress the beginner routine slowly as you go either by adding intensity and/or reps, depending on your PI's. You can change your schedule to a 2 on 1 off or 5 on 2 off depending on your body clues aswell.

    Its only been two months so give it some time and progress slowly.
