  • Looking for girth gains

    What would be some good exercises to start out with if i really only want to gain erect girth. Im not all too concerned with length and would actually rather not gain any length.

    First do JPīs beginner routine if you havenīt! V-Jelqs are good for girth and regular Jelqing with i high erection level is i good way to increase girth, 60-80% erect. But be careful and donīt use to hard grip!
    Ulis and horse squeezes are good exercises as well, but you need a bit of experience to do them!

      Don't jelq at high erection levels until you have been conditioned. Start out with 40-50%, no more than 60% really. You could hurt yourself!
