    Hi everyone,

    I'm wondering what type of training will give faster results. Doing PE with weights (when people hang weights off their penis) or the manual way (jelqing, holds, vjelqs etc - eg-jp's routine)

    In my opinion there has been no real study to compare, but I can tell you ten years ago when I started all I did essentially was hang weights (about 4 pounds) and in a few months got close to .5 inches. I have been doing a lot of manual stretching and jelq the past two months and though I am getting a little thicker and my flaccid stretch has goine up .25, my BPEL has not seemed to change.

    I am now adding weights (using the pipe repair clamp and ankle weight device) in conjunction with my current routine to see if I can get the changes going.
