  • Gain after 4 days????

    Ok I scored 5 BPEL today and yesterday. I think its not a mesurement mistake but jeez already is that possible?

    i gained .4 in about a week. havent gained since i don't think
    STARTING STATS (AUGUST 31/09):
    EL - 6.1 INCHES
    EG- 5.2 INCHES

    CURRENT STATS (OCTOBER 17/09):
    EL - 6.7 INCHES
    EG - 5.3 INCHES

    GOAL STATS:
    EL - 8 INCHES
    EG - 6 INCHES

        Because if you stop doing the exercises you will lose them. You must continue exercising and at some point, you will 'cement' the gains.

          Well ya , I knew about cementing gains . I thought maybe I missed something about noob gains besides that.

              Its a bloody good start though. Some guys have done 3 months with no gains and then gain later which is difficult for motivation and morale.

              0.25 gain will probably have you in the mindset of 'wow this works, Im gonna do this properly and never stop' which is very good for motivation. Keep going man
