  • Are there any excercises that only target girth?

    Girth is more important to me than length so I just want to work on the girth and then work on the length.

      Eqking everything you just mentioned will cause someone new to PE an injury.

      Disco , stick to the wet vjelqs and ok grip jelqs . They will give you all the girth the above mentioned will.And keep a light grip, the basics can hurt you also if you squeeze to hard.

          You should get girth gains from vjelq. If you are new you should not do more intense exercises until you are conditioned.
