  • Beginner Jelq question..

like I wrote in previous thread, I can't keep my erection level up for jelqing.. 30-70% is hard to detain for me.. so what i do, is i get erection level 50-70% and then do jelqs randomly v-jelqs and OK jelqs and when my soldier goes down, i help him back up, and then start doing v-jelqs/ok-jelqs and back on and on,,,

I feel like I'm not doing the exercise correctly but its OK to do it this way if its the only way I could do it?

Are there some other good girth exercises that are easy to do that you experienced PE users can advice me to start doing?
Clamped edging for how long should a newbie do it?

And also I need opinion on having 2 sessions a day, one for bathmate and for stretch and then later that day do Jelqs infront of computer following with Edging ?

    My routine includes:

    First session:

    warmup 15minutes
    Bathmate 15-20minutes
Basic stretch 30sec all directions (helishakes 20sec after each set)
Warmdown 5minutes HOT HOT water direct on penis

first session follow up: 1hour extender (penis plusplus / andropenis i do this depending on what i do to get more comfortable.)

    Second session:
    Warmup 15minutes
So many V-Jelqs/OK-Jelqs I can do within 20minutes time (takes some time to get soldier back up again when he's down)
Edging for as long as i can, minimum 15minutes.
    Warmdown 5minutes

    Any comments? Advice?

Beginers should not do clamped edging nipsey.
It looks to me as if you are trying to run before you can walk.

I never even conceived doing clamped edging. Sounds strenuous especially for a beginner!!!!

I don't know enough of your history.
I see you are using devices ;extender and bathmate. I know little of devices ,but the usual advice is to leave them until after a conditioning period of jelq and hand stretching.
If you have little experience JP's newbie routine is the usual starting point.
The jelq ,stretching and edging look ok.
Would avoid any clamping at this point.

Ok bro, thanks, but i've used extender before, 3-6hours daily for some months without problems, but i took a break of maybe 3-4months.
