  • My New Routine for the next 3 months!!!!

    Hi,
    I just completed my first three months of regular Pe and now i think it's time to update my routine.

    This is how it goes

    Warm up - 10 minutes
    Basic Lot Stretches - All directions with 25 quick kegels
    Rotary Cranks - 2 reps @ Clock wise and 2 reps @ Anti-Clock wise
    Jai Stretches - 30 reps @ 1 Set
    Tunica Tugs - 10 reps @ 1 Set
    Wet Jelqs - 150 reps
    V Jelqs - 90 reps
    Warm down - 5 minutes

    What do you guys think of this routine? I just did this for the first time an hour ago and it felt good. Should i add a few sets of Ulis or Squeezes???? I am planning to do this routine for the next 3 months.

    Congrats on completing 90 days EQK,
    Ulis and squeezes are good for girth and just feel real good most times. Your routine looks solid, and as you said it felt good. Try it for a while and see how you react.

              Can i do Ulis too ???? If so then how many sets ????
