    I don't think this holds a lot of water but I guess been overwegith can definitely cause erectile dysfunction and a whole slew of medical issues.

      Yes it does. Fat is estrogenic, the more fat, the more estrogen, thus you can ruin your life.

        so could PE be a waste of time if you're fat?

          Not at all. Remember, PE , though focusing on the penis, is an overall whole health endeavor. We have many members who are also on weight loss programs.

            The discipline needed to do PE, is the same discipline needed to lose weight.

              I guess my question was more related to increasing the size of my penis. In two days... yes two days I already see a change in my flaccid state. I.E not turtlling as much and kegels are great.... I also am on a weightloss program for the past month and am down 17+ lbs.
              I thank you fine gentlemen for spreading the word and keeping this alive... I just want to make sure that it is possible that doing these exercises will increase my erect state. I know others have seen results and I believe that 100 percent. I just would like to know if the same results apply to fat people.

                JP I understand that probably better than most... at least on the weight losing side. My initial thread didn't come out the way I wanted it too... I was simply trying to validate that even though I am a larger male(getting smaller everyday) that my efforts to increase my penis size aren't in vain.

                BTW, I took your advice on the dowel rod.. I actually cut it at about 10 or 11 inches so it would fit in my nightstand.
                I even purchased different color fine point sharpie pens for different measurements on the stick.

                One question about the routine. I think I am wearing my unit out during stretching and can't seem to keep it up during jelqs.... is it acceptable to segregate the streatches and jelqs based on time of day; or even opposite days?

                        Relax! The worse thing a person can do,is read something
                        and take it as the gospel truth.No matter how well intentioned it may or may not be.
                        No ones ever going to find out if something actually works
                        for them until they do it themselves!
                        There are a lot of people who will attest to the fact that PE works.
                        But like what been stated it takes time and effort on the person part.
                        The person who see the rewards is the man who willing to put in the time and effort.
                        I believe you answered your own question about if it works
                        Not turtlling as much.Look for the positives.
                        Every small gain adds up. No matter how small the gain may be.It is still a gain

                            Another thing, if you lose bodyfat, you will lose from the fat pad making your penis larger just from that.
