    Instead of implementing stretching into my routine, would it be beneficial in anyway for me to JUST jelq right after a warmup?

    This way i can focus on jelqing throughout my workout.

    I ask this because stretches have always seemed a little harmful to me. Right after completing 1 set my flaccid penis looks considerable skinnier while being the same length. Kinda shriveled. Not turtled though


    So does anyone have any opinion on ONLY JELQING in a PE routine? I wouldve thought that it wouldve been very good for EL because of the concentration on bloodwork.

    I think jelqing should be the focus of everyone's manual routine. I have all but eliminated stretching, except for some basic warmup stretching. I focus most of my effort on each and every jelq stroke.

      I don't think there should be any problems with a just-jelq routine, although stretches really help if you're aiming for length - in my opinion of course!

        If you jelq at less than about 20% erection level, you will get some length gains. Higher level than that and your gains are going to show up as girth gains.

          Awesome i got some postive input already.

          Stretches have worked minimally for me. I think i only gained like .25" FL in 8 months of PE. Lol.. My FL has changed little. I think it may be because im doing too little stretches or something.

          However, starting november (9th month of PE), i will split up my routines. 10-20 minute stretching routine will be done earlier while ill do about 45 minutes of jelqing later in the day.

          Any input on this? Maybe my gains will increase due to more attention on jelqing.
