  • routine help

    my routine is basic, since im busy most days of the week it isnt very long. I just stretch for usually 10 minutes then jelq for about 15 minutes, then kegel for 10 minutes.

    Is there anything i could add to this that could excellerate my gains?

      Make sure you're warming up at the very least and don't go over-board on the kegels!

        I would split up the 10 minutes you use for kegeling and use it on stretching or jelqing. You can kegel at work, in bed, in the car whatever.

          thanx man thats a good idea. I havent really noticed any size gians yet, but the viens are alot more noticable, so i guess thats a good thing.

            Do jai stretches when you have a few moments.
            They only take a few seconds/
            Gently stretch 2 seconds,release for 2 seconds repeat for desired amount.
            If you feel the stretch in your ligaments at the base of your penis
            your stretching to hard.
            Remember gentle..
            This really helps when doing other stretches.
            start off with 3 sets of 20 reps.(total 40 seconds)
            You could work up to a 100 to a 150 of these a day.
            when ever you have a bathroom break you can do them.
            You don't need a warm up to do them.
            They can also be done before regular stretches.
            You can also do them on your rest days.

              To tell you the truth, I wake up early JUST so I can do PE. I used to sleep in til 8. HAH

              Now I wake up when the sun comes out, which is 6:30am. First thing I do: warmup.
              -Then, hanging 3 sets 3lbs x 12min
              -Then, Bathmate 20min
              -Then, either Jelqs (Mon/Thu) or Clamping (Tu/Fri)
              -sometimes I do hanging in the afternoon on PE workout days
              -I edge nearly every day for at least 15 min (repair)
              -I wrap nearly every day for 2-4 hours (repair)
              -I still take 2 days off per week (repair)

              Getting bigger is a PRIORITY for me. If it is for you, develop a routine+healing program that suits your cock

                by the way, the above routine takes me 1.5hrs so zero time is lost!
