    I added the ™ for click appeal, it really doesn't mean a thing. :P

    So, I've been solely erect Kegeling for about a month and a half now and I have some questions for the PE nation.

    Right now, I'm not worried about size at 7x6 I'm feeling good about that aspect, although I'd like it to be as hard as it can be when it comes to sex.

    I started straight into erect kegeling per a suggestion I saw on the forum and my routine is as follows.

    Get an erection
    5 sets of 15 erect kegels sitting down
    5 sets of 15 erect kegels standing up

    One day on, one day off.

    Starting off like that, I got rock hard erections ALL THE TIME. When I had sex with my girlfriend, she actually complained that it was TOO hard and we had to stop. (May seem as a negative, but this was a massive boost in my confidence)

    For some reason I seem to of started to wane off, and am almost back down to normal errections. Also, my morning wood isn't as frequent.

    At this point, is this an indicator to ramp up my routine? Ad another set of 15?

    OR

    is this a negative indicator to back off and do less?

    Kegeling works for different people for different reasons. I kegel to get a harder and higher angle erection because I'm older. I also kegel to get longer flaccid stretches in my advanced stretching exercises. I think of kegeling as I do jelqing: They are the foundation of any good manual p.e. routine.

        Yep, I couldn't imagine a PE routine without kegels, it's like haveing a hotdog without mustard.
