  • Kegel Tips

    Does anyone have any tips for kegeling because I hate doing them. It seems like I have a hard time breathing when I do them and I don't really feel anything. Any help would be great. Thanks alot.
    Starting May 16 2011:
    Length - 7 3/16
    Girth - 4 13/16

    Goal - Whenever
    Length - 8
    Girth - 6

    Starting stats - June 08': 6'' NBPEL, 4.25'' EG
    Initial Goal: 7'' NBPEL

    Sept 09': 7'' NBPEL, 5'' EG
    Jan 10': 7'' NBPEL, 5.5" EG (begin maintenance routine)
    June 11': 7'' NBPEL, 5.75" EG
    July 13': 7" NBPEL, 5.9" EG, began jelqing again.

    Goal: 7.5" NBPEL, 6.25'' EG

    It's a game of inches.

      That's good when you can hold it for more than one second but i can't. How can I gain that strength in the muscle?

        jadzeno69 that sounds like a great routine. im a delivery driver so while i driving to my next stop i try to do as many as i can. then make the delivery and start somemore. i like your routine better so i think i will give it a try..

          You gain strength in that muscle by working it out. Do what you can for now. Concentrate on short kegel bursts. Slowly work your way up. Start out by doing 50 short ones per day and slowly work that number up over time. Add 10 per week. You'll start to feel the difference. After some time, try doing longer holds (5-6 seconds).

            Yea I understand, just start slowly with the quick clenches. The routine is kind of designed to gradually work your way up when you are ready.
