    Which method do you think will lead to better gains and a more effective workout?

    Focusing on doing X amount of strokes?

    OR

    Focusing on the TIME that you jelq?

    I ask because ive hit a major plateau.. Ive been counting reps since the time i started PE, maybe its time to change? (theres a post in the advanced section)

    I count the number of strokes.

      I truly believe that just starting a PE routine, you should count strokes. This way you know how much you are working. Once you get conditioned, whatever you decide to do is pretty much just a "Listen to Your Body"

        Well i dont know WHAT my body si telling me. Im not sure whether to count strokes or time.

        I just know that counting stroes makes my erection go down when jelqing and i might get a higher erection level with counting time.

        Should i go with the higher erection level jelqing?
