    hey guys.. im a month... maybe month and a half into JPs 90 day routine.. and while I saw some initial gain.. im attributing to incorrect measurements and newby gains from initial loosening of ligaments and better EQ.. etc. I feel like my girth is steadily improving.. penis feels much larger in my hand.. even to the point its noticeably heavier.. my problem is I am not really seeing any length gains.. and I think I have actually lost a little bit of the initial gains that I had shown.

    The issue for me is I dont feel like Im getting a very good workout from the 90 day routine at this point.. My penis is definately more worked after just an edging session. So I want to add a little something to JPs 90 day and continue on.. I did a little bit of reading and I think my limiting factor is my tunica as my EQ is always atleast an 8 but usually between 9-10, sometimes it gets so hard that it actually aches a little bit.. and I can actually maintain an erection after ejaculation half the time.

    So, I want to throw in something for length as my girth is decent right now and I am currently seeing great gains in girth, which I think have even cemented at this point. I have seen the JAI stretch as a possible addition.. it seems pretty simple and straight forward and a relatively fast excercise. So heres a few questions and I'd like any other advice you guys can give as well. I know Im going to hear the finish the routine thing but I can noticeably feel a difference from the first month and a half to now that im not getting much of a workout. I just want a few small excercises to add in or maybe rotate into my workout.

    1) Is the JAI stretch always done straight out and slightly down? 2 sec on/2 sec off.. I just did 50 and Im not quite sold.. doesnt seem like theres much to it.

    2) What are some other techniques I can add to my routine to help push the length department?

    Remember I am doing about 5-10 min warmup/5-10 min stretching straight out/right/left/up w/ 25 kegels, then large circular stretches after each direction. From there I go onto jelquing.. normal ok gripped jelq 2-4 sec 50 reps split into 2 sets because I have trouble maintaining 30-50% erection.. from there go on to 30 in each direction v-jelq (90 all together).. this is done 3 times. then I edge a few hours later toward the end of my night.

    I can easily throw the JAI stretch in.. if I get some concensus that it is effective. ANY suggestions/responses are appreciated and will be taken into account. THANKS GUYS!

      yeah i understand what you're saying.. i just want to throw in a couple small things to go along with JPs. I have followed it and its not that I havent seen some returns already. I just feel its time to switch it up a little bit. Just like I do in the weight room every 6-8 weeks i spice up my routine.. change a few things.. make little tweaks.. to keep my body guessing and seeing improvement.

      I dont take the warnings lightly that are posted on these forums about injury. I have been very careful to follow the routines properly and havent jumped ahead to the advanced forum. I feel that my penis has caught on very fast and is well conditioned now to take on a little more.

      But its not even about getting more gains quicker. Its just the best way to continue to see improvement and not plateau is to change up your routine and keep your body guessing. So I dont necessarily want to do some extremely advanced PEs.. I just want one or two small things that I can throw in and continue on and finish off the JPs 90 day.

        Well BIGred, you knew this was coming. Finish the routine. You are what? 4-6 weeks into it?
        As you gain girth, it will appear that you are losing length, but...Stay with what you are doing for the full 12 weeks and the length gains should come. Let me know when you complete the full 90 days, then I'll give you some trick stuff. (jP

            I've been at it for 6-7 weeks now.. I appreciate the comments. I'll finish out the routine. I am going to add some jai stretches to my warmup/stretch routine. Just 2 sets of 50.

              JAI's can also be done throughout the day. Say, after having a piss you could do a few.

              These are also known as piss pulls, I believe.

                I dunno.. happened when I was younger a lot.. but since doing the edging thing.. if I go too far sometimes and ejaculate and I am still on mentally.. it just happens. Sometimes I stay completely hard.. others I notice a drop in EQ of a point or two but it comes back in under a min.. I do watch porn while I edge.. I know some people say this is a nono as it gets you too excited.. but I find this to be the key for me. The more excited.. the more of a pump I get. So, I guess the answer to the question would be edging.. I have been working toward the dry orgasm and I think it could be attributed to getting close to this the last few weeks.

                Oh and I did see something about the JAI stretches after taking a leak. I might give it a try.. it just goes completely against the "if you shake it more than twice, you're just playin with it" rule lol.
