  • Gains: First 6 weeks

    Okay, I've been PE'ing with the JP's beginners routine for six weeks now and did my first measurement today since i started, and I'm so happy!

    My starting measurements was:
    BPEL: 15.2 cm (6 inches)
    EGM: 11.5 cm (4.5 inches)

    Theese are my measurements now:
    BPEL: 17 cm (6.7 inches)
    EL: 16 cm (6.3 inches)
    EGB: 13.3 cm (5.2 inches)
    EGM: 12.3 cm (4.8 inches)

    This really peaks my motivation and I'm so thankful for all information I've found on this site.

    Now I will go for 7.3x5.3 (EGB/EGM) for the summer.

        Actually I've never checked my EQ, but when i measured today I really was stonehard, so I guess my erection have gotten a bit harder. Btw, how do you get the exact EQ?

        I followed JonPop's beginners routine:

        *10-15 minutes warm up (using a microwave warmedup ricesock)
        *Stretches for 10 minutes
        *50 "ok-jelqs" (3-4 second streakes)
        *30 v-jelqs (3-4 second streakes)
        *50 "ok-jelqs" (3-4 second streakes)
        *30 v-jelqs (3-4 second streakes)
        *50 "ok-jelqs" (3-4 second streakes)
        *30 v-jelqs (3-4 second streakes)
        *Warm-down 5-10 minutes

        Thats pretty much it...

        No, actually I've stayed on a 2 on & 1 off routine. On the off day I've tried as good as I can to rest my penis as much as possible, trying to avoid masturbating etc.

        I've done my mastrubations after the excersising pretty much, don't really know if that can be a part of my gains?

              The only supplement I've used is a gainer named Mass FX once a day, as I also train at the gym.

              Specs 100g:

              Energy: 374 kcal
              Protein: 25 gram
              Carbohydrates: 64 gram
              Fat: 2 gram


              I don't know if this has had any affect on my gains, but I do think so.

                  I was thinking noobs were supposed to do the "more is less" routine, like 1 on, 2 off. Maybe that is why I have not seen any progress yet...
