  • How to V-jelq (Illustrations)

    I have been reading though a lot of stuff lately and have come across a lot of people who seem to not understand the v-jelq, so I have come to the rescue.

    Great post, and only your 2nd. And you're right, there is a lot of confusion with the V-jelqs. Repped.

        I agree with Aidan, your post certainly helps reducing the confusion about V-jelqs. Rep point too

          Ah geees, for the last month (my 1st month), I have have been doing this all wrong. I have been holding my hands the opposite way, with the "V" riding on top of my penis...big DUH!!!

            Excellent post. However, personally I found that putting my shaft between my pointing finger and middle finger gave me much more strength when squeezing them together.

              Excellent work!

              Also: I cut, and rearranged your image into 3x images using photoshop.
              I then uploaded the images to this forum so we don't have to worry about the link getting broken. I also put the images in-line so people can see them. The original is nearly 800 pixels wide so it breaks the formatting of this forum; I narrowed things down for you and had to split them into 3x images so that this could be stored on the forum (I had to use 3x images due to the maximum height restriction).

              I think guys will find this very helpful, so I added this to my list of "helpful links" (see the first page of my progress journal for that list of links).

                    Huh. It's really hard to rotate your hand 180 degrees to do this. If it's done straight up then it's no problem but it isn't right?

                          Nice illustration timn2, looks I'm doing V-jelqs correctly... whoo hoo!! Please enjoy the rep point you're about to gain.

                          @mantrator - It's all about differing the angle of attack. You should always strive to make each jelq rep as good as it can be (I'm not there, yet ), but don't fall into the trap of working out your penis in '2D'. As far as jelqing grips and angles go, I like to throw the kitchen sink at it, always trying not to cross that fine line between training on the ragged edge and overwork/damage to my unit (not sure if i'm there yet, either ).
                          Beginning Stats (1/31/11): NBPEL - 5.5 x 5.0 EG - Boring!!
                          Current Stats (5/5/11): NBPEL - 6.25 x 5.125 EG - And who said PE doesn't work?
                          Goal (by 9/1/2011): 7 NBPEL - THEN it'll be a party!

                            Lol I found this kind of funny, but nonetheless I'm starting JonPop's exercise tonight and this helped me a lot bout the V-Jelq exercise visually thanks!
