  • Could use some advice going into second year of PE

    Hey guys, I am hoping I can get some nuggets of wisdom out of yall to aid me on this journey of mine. As the title says I have been doing PE now for just over a year (took my starting measurement on Oct. 1st, 2020) and I think I have stalled out gains wise. My monthly log is below and as you can see I have seemed to top out at ~7" bpel x 5" meg and have been in a sort of back slide for the past six months.

    As for a routine I did bigbob23's water bottle and resistance band workout for the first 10 months then switched over to a bathmate/jelq and manual stretch workout about two months ago. At this point I stretch for 10min in the morning and do 15min bathmate followed by 10min jelq in the evening with a 5 days on, 2 days off cycle.

    Other stats to keep in mind: 20 years old, 5'11", 155 lbs., Caucasian, eat plenty of good food and get plenty of exercise (marching band, boxing, and weight lifting)

    I have no intention to quit PE but I am feeling slightly disheartened by the fact that I have not gained more in a year of pretty consistent work. A nudge towards the right direction would be helpful or just some encouragement to keep going would help motivate me. Thanks fellas.

    A few questions:

    Have you taken any breaks?
    Do you do any edging?

    Do you do a proper warm up?

      You seemed conditioned enough to go for more advanced routines. Side to side stretches and squeezes would be a good progression. Have patience when starting new routines, usually takes about 2 months to see any progress as the first month involves a learning curve for doing it properly and also your body has to get used to the new types of exercises. I had a lot of success doing side to side stretches for length. Pumping to me compliments what you are doing but it alone can take a long time for permanent results. Good to keep doing it but your manual exercises will carry the bulk of your progress.

        The gains become much harder after the first few months. Just like bodybuilding, when you start, it is easy to see changes in the first 3 months and then changes become very little. I have been doing PE for 4 years and very dedicated on a daily basis and l have gained 90% first 3 months and the past 45 months just 10%. I love PE and I use porn the whole time and would not quite even if I don’t gain anything. The hardest thing is getting g off days and if my wife is not home, I definitely do PE all the time specially now that I work from home. I do manual stretching including bundle stretching, I jelq, pump (electric Paloqueth and bathmate), double clamp and edge or balloon, use 2 cockring sometimes instead of of double clamp for longer period. I also use extender (leluv) for 1-2 hours for 5 days per week.

        I see lots of expansion during PE and after PE, but not much real gains. I measure before, during and after at least 3 times a week and my expansion on TEG is usually from 11.6 cm to 12.6 cm and stays at 12 cm right after session. My BEG is about 13.4 cm and Meg is about 12.7 cm.

          I have not taken any breaks that lasted more than a couple weeks. There was one 2-3 week break in December and another 2-3 week break in May when I was visiting family

          I have not done any edging for several months now, and even before that it was inconsistent. Right now I don't have enough time to fit it in plus when I did it before it always led to me watching WAY more porn than is healthy so I decided to call it quits

          For the stretching I warm up in during my morning shower and for the pumping/jelqing I warm up in the bath until my balls hang low enough that they won't get sucked into the pump

            Burrito, would you recommend increasing the time spent doing the manual exercises and decreasing the pump time? Like say 15min jelq and 10min pump?

              I'd suggest doing edging without porn, that may be a better.

                I primarily pumped for 2o minutes, twice a day, 5 or 6 days a week and one 45 minute session once a week. It took nine months before I started to see gains and 4 years to gain 1” in girth.

                    Thanks for the advice Incagneeetoe, I'll give edging another shot and try to avoid porn this time

                    The current routine that I have been on for the past 2 months has been a progressive build up but before that I was exercising at a fairly consistent intensity. I was scared of hurting myself more than anything and that kept me from progressing past a certain point.

                      You'll want to force progress each session but at the same time you're going to need to pay attention to your PIs to ensure you're not overdoing this. Your EQ should be improving also as the cycle improves. This latter part is vital to making gains.

                          I got most of my initial gains from extending. Maybe try that or hanging to compliment your routine.
