    Hey everyone,

    So first of all, I was never like a "one pump and cum" guy, I always had like "normal" times. So on average I always last at least 3-4 minutes before ejaculating. My biggest issue is the first rounds, the first time every time I meet my gf. So basically, for example we meet once every week and the first time we have sex, I always cum fast, sometimes like in a minute. After that, after the first "cum", I'm good and I can last for like 5 minutes.

    So, I was thinking about how can I solve this, what is the problem? Then I realized, everytime I have sex with my gf, I'm stressed, not so much but I am and it causes me to think. Thinking during sex is really bad because it makes you anxious and it makes you cum fast. But then I realized that not just stress is my problem but breathing as well. Everytime I have sex, I'm a bit stressed, anxious, scared about my performance and I forget breathing properly or forget breathing at all. So the combination of bad breathing and stress, anxiety makes me too "self-aware" which means that I can't be relaxed properly.

    I started doing pelvic-floor exercises, everyday, sometimes in the morning or during night, before bed. It really feels good, even if it doesn't help, I love it because I sit all day because of work and it makes me feel better. So I started doing pelvic-floor exercises, stretches and also I tried to develop a new and different way of thinking regarding sex.

    Today I had sex with my gf, we didn't see each other for a week, I didn't masturbate for the whole week because I wanted to see how long can I last without any help, sort of. I don't use condom btw.

    So regarding the sex:

    I immediately started breathing slowly, tried to remain calm as much as possible. Tried to not rush anything. I started slow, slow breathing, thinking about nothing. I did this for like 3-4 minutes then I thought that I have control and I can speed up. I started to thrust really fast, I thought I'm going to get to PONR really fast, but I didn't. I thrust really fast for like 2 minutes, so fast that I couldn't really continue because I was almost too tired to continue lmao. My heart was beating sooo fast and I knew that I need to chill down a bit. I stopped for like 30 seconds, did some kissing, etc., then continued the sex. I couldn't believe that, it was so weird that I felt like I have control of my ejaculation. It made me confident and I feel like confidence has much effect on the sexual performance. We had sex for like 25-30 minutes.

    I thought it's just a one time only thing and it was just a miracle and I was lucky but then we had sex later and I almost couldn't even ejaculate. I don't know what happened? I don't know what's going on from now and I don't know if its going to stay or I will cum fast again but its really interesting, isn't it? Oh and also, regarding IKs or Involuntary Kegels. I have them and I have them during sex and during having blowjobs.

          Nothing special, I always start a stopwatch when I start masturbating and I don't allow myself to cum before 20 minutes. Sometimes I cum in 5-10 minutes when I'm extremely horny, but I'm trying to reduce the amount of masturbating, also porn.

              I don't use lube. I masturbate dry. No, I'm not circumcised.

                ohhh ok yeah I just started doing it dry with a tighter grip in an attempt to get used to rougher stimulation. I'm not cut either, so I'm confused if I should be touching the head/frenelum at all? do you? or do you just let the skin slide over it? because my frenelum/head feels sensitive I'm unsure if just letting the skin go over it will be enough to desentisize it a bit? what do you think? (sorry for all the question, thanks heaps for answering)

                  You need to train your IC muscle. Trust me it totally solved the Prem E issues I had sine I was a youngster. Literally worked in a few days of training it. Theres info on this site to help you check what it is and how to train it. Its amazing because only after a few training attempts you will see a marked improvement and elimination of PRem E..... no pills or edging sessions needed to get it to work for you.

                    Do all the Kegel training on this site as a back up... but basically you train the kegels and include a focused workout for the IC muscle as well... and you are good.

                      Can you describe the sensation of the build-up phase (before PONR) of your 25-30 min compared to your 1 min session?

                        Could you help me out about the Reverse kegels, i find it really difficult to find the muscles to perform them right. The front reverse kegels hit up the IC muscles right?

                          Hii can you tell me what to do for IC muscle i have severe ic problem when i start stimulating my glans first PC muscle starts IKs then after reaching 50% erection IC contractions continues which give me 100% erection in 1-2 seconds and ASAP ejeculation
                          now what to do to stop those IC contractions please help
