      5th day -Manual- Week 7

      Much better with my cold. Almost back to full health.

      • warm up
      • Stretching: 4x5 Direction stretches (40s (stopwatch)), 300 S2S/Pendulum (Standing), 4x30s BTC, 6x10s Tunica Tugs
      • jelqing: 220x3s Jelqs(~80%), 3x30s Squeeze, 5x40s ULIs (The order is important)
      • warm down
      • 1h50m Hours esl40



      Notes:


      • The training volume remained the same throughout this week. Next week I will be adding some sets/reps.
      • It was a good session today.
      • I am having my doubts about the effectiveness of the Side to side stretches. I had the same doubts while doing the jelq free routine and I even reached the 1,000 S2S stretches.

      • Hey DUUDE, looking good. Keep up the efforts. I never had great luck with s2s either. I'm not sure why. Different strokes for different folks. Keep the consistency and you will find what works well for you.

            6th day -X30

            Morning/night wood


            • Ball massage and stretch
            • 6x10s light Tunica Tugs
            • 3min. warm up pump *(~13.2cm Mark)
            • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes
              • 5min. pump (1',2',3') (from 13 to 13.75cm) + 30s Squeeze
              • 5min. pump (1',2',3') (from 13.2 to 14.1cm) + 30s Squeeze
              • 5min. pump (1',2',3') (from 13.5 to 14.3cm) + 30s Squeeze


            • 1 set edging with double fingerband - 12min.
            • Ball massage and stretch




            Notes:


            • I had again some leakage on my 2nd set but I quickly overcame the problem and restarted the set.
            • Finished plump with no bruises.
            • It was a decent session!
            • When am edging with the double fingerband I get a 1cm increase in girth! Oh how nice it would be if it would just stay....

                The thing is that I regard the s2s highly due to the positive feedback from so many people. But I don't feel like much is going on when I perform them. I do feel a slight ligament stretch while standing but not much more than that. I will keep them in my routine and I will try to find a way to make them more effective for me.

                  1st day -Manual- Week 8

                  Notes:

                  • I increased the training volume and I handled it just fine. Didn't feel any fatigue. BUT now that I think of it... should we feel at least some fatigue after each session???
                  • It was a good session today.



                  Update from following day:

                  I didn't have morning/night wood. I also noticed a few cutaneous red spots so I guess the increased training volume was enough.

                    2nd day -X30

                    I didn't have morning/night wood. I also noticed a few cutaneous red spots so I guess the increased training volume was enough.


                    • Ball massage and stretch

                    • 3 Sets pump -SUPERSETED with- 3 Sets Squeezes

                      • 5min. pump ( 1',2',3' ) (from 13.2 to 14.0cm) + 30s Squeeze
                      • 5min. pump (1',2',3',4') (from 13.5 to 14.3cm) + 30s Squeeze

                              Damn it I was caught! I was hoping that nobody would notice since I am actively avoiding any measurements! Hahaha! But I really have to thank you UJ for your attention and interest!!

                              Last time I measured was the 13th of February so it's been almost 3 months. I think it's due time so I am setting an appointment with the tape/ruler for the.... 6th May!

                              So from the 13. Feb and 6. May I will have completed: 4 training weeks with the new (current) Routine, 2 weeks study break, 4 more training weeks. The training days were not consistent, ranging from 6on2off, 6on1off and now 2on1off!
