  • Danvers Progress Thread

    I have been experiencing with PE for a long time, but started to get serious Sept 1st 2010.


    I did not take accurate measurements like an idiot. However, I have clearly gained.


    Here is my current routine:
    • 10 Minutes or Rice Sock Warm Up
    • U,D,O,L,R Stretches 1 minute each way. 4 sets, 20 minutes total.
    • Bundled Stretch 30 seconds each way. 6 Sets for 3 minutes total. (This is to address a 1/4 " difference in base girth)
    • Jelging 20 Minutes, OK Grip, wet, switching hands, 3 second stroke
    • Pump low pressure for 15 Minutes with light stretching and Kegal work.


    Stats:

    Girth: MEG 5.65" BEG 5.5"
    BPEL: 7.25"
    NBPEL: 6:50"-6:75" depending on measurement time.
    Stamina: 10-15 Minutes

    I remember years ago measuring around 5.75"to 6.00" NBPEL, but I can't contribute my gains to my new routine as I did not measure.

    Goal:

    BPEL: 8"
    NBPEL: 7.5"
    MEG: 6"
    BEG: 6"
    Stamina: Last 25 minutes in any position

    3 Months, 9 Days

    I had to reduce routine, due to EQ slippage. I actually lost an erection during sex. I had a long workout earlier in the day, and the wife wanted a quickie. Things were going fine, until she jumped on top and there it went. First time this has ever happened to me sober.

    My new routine:

    15 min of L,R,U,D,O stretches. 1 min hold in each position.
    100 side to side stretches
    50 OK grip jelgs, 25 Vs Top, 25 Vs Bottom. 300 total, 3 seconds each

    Stopped Porn, Pumping and edging for now.

    This is day 2 of this new routine.

      Wow,

      Has my EQ bounced back. I am waking up in the morning and in the middle of the night with massive wood. My dick actually hurt a little because it was so engorged.

      The scaled-down routine is a huge improvement. Avoiding porn has been great too. I have been porn free for over a week now, and it's amazing how your libido gets cranked up, when you don't view porn all the time.

      I'm not due for a measurement until 1/1/2011, so I am making no changes to then.

        Well all the other mods are sleeping right now but an old grumpy one woke me up and told me I had to come and comment on your post! All of us here are happy for you and your results! Keep working at it and stay away from the porn ( which leaves more for me!) .Way to go! You're not from Massachsetts are you?

            Still have occasional EQ issues. I wake up with wood in the middle of the night and the morning are starting out good. However, I get hard really quick during sex, but start to deflate a bit. When I wear one of my C-rings things stay like a rock.

            I wonder if my unit is still adjusting to my growth. I am getting a lot of vein growth.

            Anyways, still stinking with my new routine.

              Things are going good, no EQ issues for the last 5 days. Closing in on Month 4, can't wait to measure.

              I have noticed big changes in Flaccid hang. I hardly ever turtle, and my overall size and weight feels much better.

              Still on same routine, however I have watch a little porn.

              This Week:

                I could not resists and took some early measurements. I have been noticing my Erection looks bigger.

                BPEL has hit 7.5" and Girth has hit 5.75" mid shaft. I grew about a 1/4" inch in the last month and added a little girth.

                My NBPEL measured around 6 and 7/8" so I gained there as well. I remember a long time ago measuring just short of 6" so I guess I am on my way.

                It seems like I am gaining faster now that I am doing less.

                  No EQ problems, workouts are going great.

                  Increased the amount of Jelgs sightly and a few helicopters between sets:

                  15 min of L,R,U,D,O stretches. 1 min hold in each position.
                  100 side to side stretches
                  60 (added 10) OK grip jelgs, 30 (added 5) Vs Top, 30 (added 5) Vs Bottom. 360 (added 60) total, 3 seconds each

                  Damn water heater went out, but what can you do. Cold shower in middle of a New England winter is not good for confidence

                      Things have been going great. EQ has been fantastic.

                      I have not missed a workout in a long time. I added some light Jelging in the Shower in the AM.

                      Still have not done my official 4-month measurement.

                        Started using Method1 and Method2 Manual Foreskin restoration. I need more shaft skin or I am going to have a mustach on my glands soon

                          PE and FR are both going great.

                          EQ has been perfect, and flaccid size has been great all week.

                          I ordered a DTR device to help with skin growth. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and I am so hard it actually hurts. I think it because my skin is too tight for my size.

                            PE Exercises are still the same. I have not missed a workout this month. I have decided to skip 4th month measurement and wait until Month 5.

                            EQ has been great, not issues, morning wood is great.

                            Started wearing DTR device for 2-3 hours a day and manually stretching skin for 10 min a day.

                            I will be changing up routine on Feb 1st adding some advance stretches and squeezes.

                              Have been missing a few workouts. Just got a puppy and boy are they needy

                              EQ has been solid and FR is ongoing. The skin is getting looser, so that a good sign.
