    This thread is for tracking my progress in my PE journey.

    Today, [10-25-12] I have officially began my PE journey. Here is my Intro thread.
    I have taken my first steps towards the zen enlightenment of having a lingam that I am completely satisfied with.
    I've starting out with a slightly modified version of the JP90.
    I'm starting today, and plan on ending this program on Jan 25th. [01-25-13]
    That will make it a 93 day routine.

        This is the modified version of the JP90 that I will be doing.

        - Hot-Warm bath with a light bathmate session (5-10 minutes)

        ----> Basic Stretching Exercises <----
        - Helicopter Shakes (Left) (quick count of 20)
        - Stretch left, do Kegels and repeat circle stretche.
        (do 25 quick Kegels)(10 big circles left, 10 right. Try to rub belly)
        - Helicopter Shakes (Right)
        - Stretch right, do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.
        - Helicopter Shakes (Left)
        - Stretch straight up, do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.
        - Helicopter Shakes (Right)
        - Stretch straight down, do Kegels and repeat circle stretches.
        - Helicopter Shakes (Left, then Right)
        - Stretch straight out, do Kegels, repeat circle stretches.

          I plan on doing the routine 5 days on, 2 days off.
          However I may adjust that according to how I feel in reference to Down Days and PIs.
          This journey will be hard, due to my current living situation. I plan on performing the routine in the morning, probably between 5am and 9am, depending on the day of the week.

          I plan on wearing the extender for the majority of the day, for between 3-5 days a week.
          Time worn will probably vary between 4-16 hours a day. I plan on doing at least 24 hours a week.
          I will try to log my extender usage with a fair amount of vigilance in this log here:

          After this 93 day regime, I should be in a different living situation.
          That is when I will probably begin a more advance routine.

            On today's routine, (day 2 of JP90) I think I went a little too tough on it.
            Seeing some negative PIs.
            Slight bruising, and red dots.

            I'll just have to remember to take it slow.
            It's always been hard for me to take things slow.

            I'm also going to try to avoid masturbating for 7 days. (More specifically ejaculating)

              Skipping today's routine to heal up.
              Plus there isn't enough time before work.
              & on a side note: f*ck I need to do midterms & I've been slacking all week.
              FML moment right there.

              Not enough time before work, & I have to prepare for Halloween.
              It's probably for the better, my member could probably use one more rest day.
              On a side note, I measured BPEL & it seemed to be *slightly* longer.
              I won't take that too seriously, but it put a smile on my face.
              I almost would have guess it would have been the other way around do to over-exercising.

                I had a good, quick session before work today.
                I just followed the JP90, I went pretty light on the BMing.
                I did that mostly because I was pressed for time.
                Then I equipped my x4 shortly after starting work.
                post568025 I wore it for the whole work day at a shorter length than normal.
                It was kind of like it was functioning more like an ADS than an extender.

                  [10-30-12]
                  Quick session before work today.
                  I think it was my quickest yet.
                  However my warmdown & bathmate sessions at the end were slacking a fair bit.
                  I was trying to hurry so I could chat with my girl.
                  I'm beginning to get more adjusted to the stretching and such.
                  As such, I'm not getting a full-rection as quickly from the stretching and kegels.
                  Normally kegels (would) get me rock hard pretty quickly.
                  post568568 a details my extender usage for the day.
                  I also did a pretty long edging session while making this post.

                  1st - approx 45 min
                  2nd - approx 1h 30 min
                  3rd - approx 38 min
                  4th - approx 32 min

                        I did a decent session today.
                        My BM session & warm-down at the end were slackin' a bit.
                        I skipped using an extender today because I went to work with a costume on.
                        - (I might post a pic or two)

                        instead of:

                          Might not have time to PE before work.
                          Although I might get called off, it sounds like a slow day.

                          Today I masturbated a lot.
                          A lot.
                          Came a few times.
                          Maybe 3-5? Idk...
                          I plan on not ejaculating for a while.
                          Maybe between 3-7 days.
                          I might even go for 30 days.
                          I had recently failed to get to 7 days of no cumming.
                          (I only made it 3-4 days. I started to have sex dreams, and I didn't want to cum in my sleep)
                          If I go for 30 days it will be for the sake of building up chi.

                          I had a wonderful PE session today.
                          Went through my routine without having to rush.
                          I didn't time it like I normally do though (forgot my phone in my room).
                          I did a good BM session at the end too.
                          Not too tough, not too weak.
                          I feel like it was just about the perfect PE session for my level of training and experience.
                          I bet if every one of my sessions were like that one I would see great gains in (almost) no time.


                          On a side note:
                          I've been slacking on my extender usage recently.
                          I plan on using it for a little while before I go to sleep.
                          I'm hoping to borrow a camera and take some pics tonight.
                          We'll see...

                            [11-02-12]

                            Another great PE session.
                            I started out timing it, but my phone died.
                            I would guess between 45min - 1H 30min.

                            It went like this:
                            BM warmup
                            BM session
                            Stretches (HeliShakes, Stretches (L,R,U,D,O), CircleStretches)
                            Jelqs & VJelqs
                            BM session
                            BM warmdown

                            The session was great.
                            I can definitely feel fatigue & minor soreness.
                            I think tomorrow is a rest day for me.

                            I might put on the extender for a bit today.
