  • Starter Extender with 10 Min wet jelqs, My progress Log.

    Hello everyone its been awhile since ive last posted here but I started Pe last year and quit due to being very busy and never having any alone time, Last year I started jp90 beginners guide and this year I restarted the program february. It is now march and due to bad PI I couldnt get consistancy with PE but still as everyone says here less is better so at the most I would get maybe 2-3 days a week. I just recently purchased the x4 labs starter extender and decided to incorperate this with just 10 mins of jelqing after using the extender. The starter Pack comes with two comfort straps,2 foam pieces,the extender itself and 2 2 inch rods. Now the two rods that are two inches when screwed into the spring base its really long and I cant even use them for now. So for now I just use the base with part u can screw to adjust tension which I think can move as much as an inch so its more than enough to get you started. Anyway today I started my program so here is my progress stats for today.


    10 Mins warm Up with rice sock
    Extender-3.5 Hours
    Jelqs-10 Mins (using petroleum jelly)
    10 Mins warm down with rice sock.

    As you can see its not much but I dont want to do a full jp90 program while extending as my PI havent been all that great lately, When using the extender I have the tension on the highest tension and with penis pointing downward. I have extender on highest tension for the reason of actually stretching the penis I feel on the lower tensions theres no stretching at visually that is.

    I am also taking vitamins from gnc I got the mega men performance and vitality and it contains the following

    Double Strength fish oil
    Staminol-yohimbe bark extract 60 mg-horny goat weed 20 mg
    L-arginine 1000 mg

    It also contains alot of other stuff but I felt those were the most important when it comes to penis health.

    When reading information about the extender Im using it is saying I have to use product for 1000 hours to gain an inch so I plan on putting this to the test. Anyone else have any great prgrams using the extender adding pe? If so Im a sponge and any useful info is appreciated!!! Here goes to a bigger me.

      I don't extend but from reading all I can, I have come to the conclusion that doing a good manual routine that gets you good and stretched first, then straping into an extender at light to medium tention helps you to stay in longer and at a greater length to heal at.

        Second Day progress.


        PI was pretty good this morning, And after taking glamissand1 advice I did a little more research about extending and read that extending after manual stretches was better for growth. Also Coming back to the starter kit I tryed something different this time I took off the spring bars and just screwed in the 2 inch bars into base which actually did more stretching the the spring bars. When I had the spring bars screwed in I would put penis in the base and I had to screw the spring bars out almost out to get any kind off stretch, so I figured Ill have to order the 1 inch bars but until then Ill be using just the 2 inch bars screwed into base and its a better stretch then the spring bars on the highest stretch.

        10 Mins Warm Up With rice sock
        Manual stretching all directions with rotation stretches
        10 Min of jelqing and v jelqing with bio oil with 2 mins switch offs between regular jelq and v jelq (10 mins combined)
        5 hours of extending straight 5 hours
        15 Mins of warm down with rice sock

          Third day progress


          10 Mins Of warm Up with rice sock
          Manual stretching in all directions after each stretch helicopters
          10 Mins of jelqing and v jelqing
          Got In 5 hours of extending
          15 Min of warm down.

          I plan on doing a schedule of 5 days on with 2 days off, So the week ends will be my off days I plan on doing a measurement every 250 hours of extending. Next week i will start adding 2 more hours of extending each day and adding 5 more mins of jelqing as of late my PI has been pretty good. Once I reach 1000 hours of extending and I dont see no gain I then will switch to 7 days a week of extending but lets hope it dont come to that as I think jp90 program with extending is intense enough as it is.

              Day 5 Progress

              Woke up extremely tired I can definitely feel my body is exhausted and I havnt had A morning wood in two days. I decided to that today no jp90 program and will only extend for about 2 hours then get a full weekends rest my body and penis needs it definitly.

                    Today I managed to get really good pi reaction from my penis.

                    12 Mins Warm Up with rice sock
                    Jp90 Program then followed with extending
                    I managed to get in 7 hours extend time

                        Day 10-12

                        Decided my pi have been very good, so i decided to forgo manual stretches for 2 days and do 30 mins of jelqing then put on extender for 7 hours each day. During the day every day when i piss or decided to mess around with penis i massage it to constantly keep blood flowing extending does fatigue it after sessions. I keep bio oil on every day after each shower before bed for healing process, So far My penis has been responding well to manual sessions included with extender. Skin is feeling stretched throughout day and i take extender off every hour or 2 to massage and get blood flowing to head. Officially addicted!!

                        33 hours total extending this week with a total of 53 hours for first two weeks! 5 days on 2 days off program

                          March 18th progress log

                          I swear I think Im overtraining my penis but My pI,is telling me otherwise I mean Im always getting random boners now and not going soft during sex anymore. Im 29 years old I smoke weed sometimes and work out in the gym 3-4 days a week.

                          Ok monday.
                          15 mins warm up rice sock
                          20 mins jelqing
                          7 Hours extending every few hours take off to massage for about 5 mins to get fresh blood flowing.

                          Another note the starter kit from x4 labs i said earlier it came with 2 2inch bars(correction 3 in bars) which in fact I have to take springs out to fit penis and still its a really good stretch but ive noticed something this morning now I am able to screw out srews a lil bit which is a sign of grwoth!! but i will not measure yet as once I reach 250 hours of extending I will measure!! Great signs so far!!!

                            March 19th progress log

                            Today PI still good but I decided no manual stretching or jelqing and went str8 to warming up with rice sock for 15 mins the right to extending.
                            I got about 5 hours today but the stretch was at max, one thing thats starting to bother me is as I am unscrewing screws the base is digging into pube bone or what ever they call it lol but I gotta figure something out because its starting to bother more then the stretch itself anyone got any ideas on padding the area but still have an effective stretch?
