  • Dang I remember reading this journal ages ago, Hope he is ok! I'm definately against hanging and clamping I think just using your hands and maybe some pumping is the way to go for safety and avoiding nerve damage etc.

    • My dick is fine and works well have not done any PE in a while who knows someday I will be back doing this. I guess started doing it because of different insecurities about my dick but now I do not even care have not measured my dick either.

        Hey dude, Congrats on your success that's mad, I've only been doing basic workouts for the last 20 days and im just wondering how long did it take you to gain a noticeable amount?
        Like 2-3 months for half and inch?
        And also is it all good to do the exercises with stretches for 10 minutes a day, will I still get okay gains?

            Started studying in University a bit a go. Thinking of starting PE again. Probably some clamping and jelqing. Ordered a new cable clamps so until that not gonna do much. Erections are decent as long as i get good amount of sleep.
            Not sure how often i will update this but will start lightly as far as workouts.
            Gonna be updating with the phone since using this site on my laptop would be a distraction.

            • My routine will be mostly clamping+ jelqing.
              1x10 mins clamping(when they will arrive).
              5-10 minutes warmup and warmdown with jelqs. I will be doing this routine on a schedule of 1 day on and 2 days off. After a year or so will think about adding more sets and doing it on a 1 day on 1 day off schedule. The timer will be always set for 10 mins and I will not go past it since I want to keep it safe.

              Each session I will be cautios of bad signs and will follow the routine with taking needed rest.
              No porn just gonna listen to music and keep it safe. Have not measured my dick in a while but have not noticed much of a loss.

                10 minutes of jelqs couple Ulis.
                Measured mid shaft girth it was 5.9 inches so did not loose much.
                Will measure BPEL and BPFSL when i feel like it and when i get a better ruler.

                • Sorry that I have not been updating this journal. Other things in my life happening I'm studying at University. Breaking porn addiction. Things are fine with my penis so those past tense worries are there no more.
                  Planning on getting back to PE whenever I will find time for it... not making promises when but most likely will be updating the journal then. It will be most likely a JP90 routine for the full duration and after that hanging and pumping routine.

                  Have not been measuring and at the moment do not really care if I lost anything or not. Does not seem to be like that. Noticed that the forum also has gotten updated a bit.
