    I'm not concentrating on kegels much, I've never had any premature ejaculation or stopping ejaculation problems. If anything, I'd like to orgasm faster, sometimes it can be hard for me to orgasm with a partner.

    Start: BPEL 6.25 EG 4.5 BPFSL 7.0
    My goal: BPEL 7.00 EG 5.0

    I don't know if this goal is reasonable for 7 months, but it would be pretty nice.

    I did the Loss of Tug and found that I have a high LOT, so I should concentrate on stretching down.

    I tried a hot rice sock, which keeps heat better than a wet washcloth, but is hard to wrap.

    Gave edging a try. I had no problems stopping myself from ejaculation, but it is pretty difficult to kill my libido.

    Of course, there are no erect improvements yet. However, I do find that instead of shrinking to ~2 inches flaccid, I am hanging loose at ~5 inches. This is already a big confidence booster. I am going to take off a day or two. I don't feel any pain from the routine so far. I read most people say to just go 2 days on, 1 day off to start, so after 3 days on, I think I should definitely give it a rest.

    Flacid gains usually preceed erect gains and are a positive indicator (PI),yours seem considerable.
    Kegals can be used to speed up orgasm.

      I'll look into kegels more then, I didn't know they could potentially help me with getting faster orgasms.

      Does anyone think that 0.75" increase in BPEL in 6 months for a beginner sounds reasonable?

      Break from PE, but did do 30min edging 2 times because my libido is a bitch.

        Hmm i think your goals are defianlty attainable but they are not average gains they are defianlty above average, but hey my gains are far above average as well. It all about how much time effort and sheer dedermination you put into it. If you Really want this goal then go for it you got nothin to lose and even if you dont reach it at least you will have added some considerable length/girth to your unit assuming you are consistant. I have added over an inch bpel/eg combined to my unit in 4 months my case isn't really the normal case though. So it can be done but it will really take some work in that amount of time unless you just happen to be a really fast grower. Anyway the main point here is BELIEVE you can attain your goals and i know that you will. Just dont give up!

          10 min wet jelqs, 5 seconds each (I changed from 100 count to 10 minutes which should be 120 count give or take.)

          Edging 30 minutes.

          I measured my BPFSL and found it to be 7.0 inches, which is my goal for erect length. Didn't re-measure bpel or eg, I'll measure that on Wednesday which will be a week after I started.

            I added in 20 more minutes which was another hot towel and stretching. When I do stretching I pull in different directions up, out, down, right, left and hold. I don't keep constant tension, probably 1 minute in each directions and give a break for 30 seconds in between. I feel like stretching is keeping things loose, instead of shrinking when I am flaccid. This was a full hour, so I just watched TV while I did it. Having a long slow routine seemed to help from being too erect.

            I know I'm not supposed to yet, but I tried one Uli just to see what it was like.

            Taking a break tomorrow, December 8. No pain so far.

              5 min hot wrap -- I felt like it needed a short break.
              5 min wet jelqs, 5 seconds each

              I definitely see results while flaccid, I don't as often have shrinkage throughout the day. Erect improvements I don't think are really gains, it's just that my erection is harder and I feel like I can pump more blood into it. I can hit 6.50 when I tense up, but I don't really want to call it 6.50 yet. When I rest and just press to the ruler it's more like 6.40. Still no pain.

                I missed Dec. 10 workout, so I'll just take it as a break. Completed this for Dec. 11, will go again 12 and take 13 off.

                  I missed December 12, but did this for 13 instead of taking 13 off. Guess I have been going on a 1 on 1 off routine for a few days due to travel, but I'll try to get back on 2 on 1 off soon. I did kegels to try that out, found mostly that's been something I've been doing without thinking about it. Didn't count though.

                  I think I want to stop the edging for a while, just do regular pe exercises. Holding back is getting frustrating, I'll try to just cut masturbating down all together.

                  I tried the flaccid bends, which felt like a more advanced stretch. I did 2 Uli's holding for only about 10 seconds. I didn't grip too tightly since I saw the recommended time is 3 months of PE training, I was just curious. Is there a reason why I shouldn't do them this soon? I haven't felt any pain so far.

                  I am going to be travelling to my fiancee's parent's house for a week, where I won't have as much privacy of course. So, I think I will try to do a minimal workout in the shower. Any ideas for this situation?

                    Girth readings are hard to get with a string, so I think I need to invest in a measuring tape. I am pretty happy with the solid 0.25 inches in BPEL though. I'll start also doing NBPEL to see how much my curve down is.

                      Tomorrow is 4 weeks from when I started. Today I did extra jelqs because it felt good to do. I noticed it looked bigger than I've ever seen it, so I had to measure, and am glad I did.

                      I think these measurements are so increased because it was right after a workout, and my start reads were before I started any PE. I think more dedicated work would be needed to have those measurements without a workout, but it looks like I could definitely achieve my goals of 7x5 in 6 more months.

                          Break and confirmed my measurements from a few days ago. The gains seem to have stayed. I've been measuring my EG around the middle, but I also decided to check other points. The top (under the glans) is 4.5", the middle is 4.75", and the base is 5.5". So that's an average of 4.9. I wish it could be 5.5" along the whole way!

                            Felt a little pain in the head of my penis. I think it's from from holding it during the stretching. I have a break tomorrow anyway, so I'll just take it easy when I start again on the 4th.
