  • A Bigger beginning with Bananaboat!

    EDIT: I will keep updating the FIRST post. I will measure every 2 weeks, but for the first 2 months... every 3 weeks. So I'll measure This Friday. Hopefully I'm up to 5.8" http://www.cheekycherry.com/ccforums...on_biggrin.gif

    So I'm relatively new around here... I've PE'ed in the past, but saw no gains, but I WAS NOT consistent. Well, now I'm starting a journal. (I'm transferring this journal from another site. I've been PEing for ~ 4 weeks now... and I've gained .5"!!!

    I'm 24.. 6', 190 lbs.

    Starting: (11/25/09)
    EL - 5.6"
    Girth - ??" (need to measure)

    Goal: (TBD)
    EL - 7"
    Girth - (TBD)

    Starting with a basic routine for beginners...

    5 minute warm-up w/ warm/hot towel
    5 minute stretches (SO, SU, SD, L, R)
    10 second Heli's
    (Tonight) 100 Wet Jelqs w/ water (need to invest in oils)
    10 second Heli's
    5 minute stretches (SO, SU, SD, L, R)
    10 second Heli's
    (IN SHOWER) 2 minute stretches (SO, SU, SD, L, R)
    15 minute warm-down in shower

    OFF DAYS (ONLY 2 times a week tho): I do 5 min warm up, 30 second heli's, 5 mins of stretching, then I do v stretches (up/down) and then the rock climber stretch, 30 second heli's, kegels/pumps and finish with 5 min stretches and then a 5 min warm down usually in the shower


    Going to continue this routine for the next 2-3 months on Mon, Wed, Fri. Hope to update regularly. I'm skeptical, but what the hell... http://www.clicksmilies.com/s1106/en...smiley-014.gif I'm determined.

    In all honesty... I've never had a woman complain. I've managed to get every woman off I've slept with... multiple times. (They get REALLY wet and/or squirt). Last girl I was with we'd have sex 3, 4, 5... sometimes 6 times in a night for a good 4 months straight (we just broke up though). It typically is attraction, physical passion,sensation and the motion of the ocean... but a bigger penis wouldn't hurt to have :P

    EDIT: 12/13/09 - I'm taking PRjav's advice and strecthing every day... my stretching on off-jelqing days lasts about 15-20 mins.. including the typical up,down,left,right, but then I do the heli's, up-down and left-right but hold for 2-3 seconds in each direction. I also do the rock climber and parachuter (bending my flaccid penis down or up over my index finger to make a v shape in either direction and hold for 5-8 seconds... 2-3 times)... then I end with more heli's and warm down w/ a warm towel... (oh and I did warm up with a warm towel).. I notice there is definitely an increase in flaccid length. I'm going to measure pre and post jelq/stretching monday night and post an update for the 1 month mark. thanks all

    EDIT: 12/20/09 - I JUST measured tonight. FL is 3.4", EL is 6.0", and BPEL is 6.2" I am definitely going to continue PEing.

    All are welcome to follow along... my NEW goal is 7" by my bday in March =)

    Congrats on the gains and welcome to pe gym.
    Bananaboat is a sunscrean here in aussie, it lasts 5 hours no matter how wet it gets.

        Warm up for 15 minutes, you get faster gains this way. Take at least two days off per week. No PE no Stretching!!

            KP is saying ,he thinks you are going too hard for your experience level ,the work on the off days has some intense work ;not advised at this time.

              I will slow it down.

              The OFF days have only occured 2 or 3 time since I began... so I have been slacking, so to say.. but maybe I'll keep slacking for another few months... lol

                  See... I wasn't sure at first... but if I were to scale the stretch from 1 - 10... 1 being no pull to 10 being i'm about to rip my skin off...

                  day 1 - pull @ 4
                  day 2- off
                  day 3 - pull @ 8
                  day 4 - off
                  day 5 - pull @ 5

                  something like that. I hold the base of the head firmly with one hand and hold 20-30 seconds.

                  The one thing I implemented that I haven't seen many people talk about (but I don't I'm novel in doing it) is when I do my stretching days AND during cool down... as I pull my penis (holding the head) in one direction with my other hand, I stroke down the stretched out penis and hold at the base for 10-15 seconds and release... and then to the next direction.. do this about 2-3 times in each direction. heli's, warm down in the shower and i'm done

                    Hit my routine fairly solid tonight. Felt good after... I have not broken yet - I'm really horny (as I bodybuild and my testosterone is high and I NEED SEX.. but my ex and I recently broke up.. or rather, she dumped me over facebook. heh.. immature bitch.) Anyhow... some pics taken 4 hours after PE exercises.... I'd say ~ 90-95% fully erect. I feel I'm still on the smaller end of average... but I'll let you guys be the judges. I NEED to gain, gain. Patience, perseverance, hard work, and persistance! I will not give up.

                    I've already gained ~ .5" (which I sooo did not expect!) I need to gain in girth still... looking up exercises to help in that area.

                    Is posting pics ok? I don't have measuring tape or a ruler in my apt... I was home when I measured.

                          I'm happy with that. Wouldn't mind another inch... going to keep up the dedication!

                            it is a good start
                            i gained fast too when i started it and so have convinced also tht it works...
                            bt i had to quit for some medical reasons
                            i will start again right frm this day
