    Hi Guys -

    Dante here. Some about me;

    I'm a member from years ago... in about 1 year I saw 1" in length (never tracked girth) and managed to keep most of it...
    I'm 6', 169 lbs... runner. In October of '14 I got out of a 4 year abusive relationship, and she sucked in bed. I fooled around with Tinder.. told I'm "big", but I dunno. Recently, met a girl.. she told me I was amazing with my tongue.. but she didnt' comment on my size or being good in bed. So of course, insecurity hit me again! Hurray


    I'm back to PEing. Starting with my own beginner's routine. The first 2 weeks will be EOD (every other day), increasing by 25 Wet Jelqs (using Advanced Moisture body lotion - what I used in days past)

    My current stats;
    NPBEL - between 6.5 and 6.9
    BPEL - between 6.9 and 7.0
    EG - ??? I wear magnums and they don't slide off?
    GOAL - 7.0 NBPEL.. 7.5 BPEL

    This is DAY 1. 5/8/15.

    Session Total: 30 minutes.

    14 minute - 2 mile run, Warmup (used Saran Wrap to prevent Runners penis)
    2x30 second flaccid stretches with 30 second heli's between each stretch. (up, down, left, right, out)
    100 wet jelqs (1 count is both hands)
    cool down with erection to PONR (no ejac)... and 15 minute hot shower.

    I'm waiting another 30 minutes or so and then I'm going to reward myself with a PONR and ejac It's good to be back!

      PE works.. and I'm in medicine. most of the literature does not support the extent of which anecdotal evidence supplies a basis for why I'm continuing

      PE works.. and I'm hoping in THREE months I can hit my goal.

              30 second heli
              2 x 30 second directional stretches (holding back) /ea dir (Up, Down, Left, Right, Out)
              125 Wet Jelqs
              30 second heli's
              Masturbate to PONR x 2
              Hot 15 minute shower warmdown/cooldown

                Haven't been flaking on PE. Actually been getting laid. Women must either suck at telling size... and be satisfied by average.. because the last 3 girls I've fucked ... all called me huge and were VERY satisfied. And came back for more.

                Back to PEing tomorrow.

                I trust all these girls, all are clean Have not been overlapping women... that'd be bad.

                  Tonight... Crossfit Warm up lol

                  5 x 30 second stretches (up, down, left, right, out) while holding the base with 30 second helis between each rep
                  200 Wet Jelqs (1 second tugs, holding base) w/ 10 second helis every 25 jelqs
                  10 minute edge
                  hot shower warm down


                  Will PE every other day

                            by week 4 I'll go 2 on, 1 off. And add another 50 wet jelqs.
