    Thanks.
I try to do a mix of up and down. Probably a little bit more down because that's the most convienient direction when I am sitting at my desk in my home office.

Thanks so much Cunny Linguist for reply.
As you I'm lucky enough to be able to work from home and therefore make the most of my time, but I'd have another question, namely, whether to create tension you've ever also turned the knurled nuts at the base, thus extending Part I in such a way as to cover one or more notches.

Thanks again and congratulations for the results obtained.

Yes, I do extend the tension rods by turning the knurled nuts at the bottom. Make sure you secure the threaded rods to the base with a thread locking compound like Locktite before you do. The first time I tried turning the nuts, I actually unscrewed one of the threaded rods from the base. Having it jab you in the groin area isn't much fun, I assure you!

Hi Cunny. Where did you eventually get your silicone sleeves from? I just bought some silicone finger protectors only to discover they were too tight. Thinking of buying some extra large latex gloves and cutting the fingers off.

Good luck with your continued success.

I tried the finger protectors and the gloves. Both were too thin to be any good. Search eBay for 'Silicone Sleeve for Male Penis Extender Stretcher Max Vacuum Enhancer Enlarger'. I personally bought the large sleeve.

Experiment, trial and error, seems to be the norm.

Yup, there's no one-size-fits-all, you have to figure out what works best for you.

So i did my end of month BPEL measurement and am very happy to see that I have gained about 1/8" (3mm). I did not measure EG, but I suspect that has not changed.
