Have you ever known someone who sets off to do something and then seems to just be able to do it? Maybe they wanted to lose weight or run a marathon or quit smoking, and bam! They’ve accomplished what they set out to do. Yet, for so many people, our goals seem to always be out of reach. Why is that?
We have good intentions. We think we’re doing the right things. But, for some reason, we never seem to get there and we’re not sure why that is.
Whether your goal is to enlarge your penis, increase your sexual stamina, have harder erections, or improve your life in any other way, the following four steps will help you reach your goals.
4 Steps to Reaching Your Goals:
Step 1 – Make Your Goal Measurable and Realistic
There’s a saying —
If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it.
No matter what your goal is, quantify it. Do you want to lengthen your penis? How long? Do you want to increase girth? How much? Do you want to increase sexual stamina? How long do you want to last in bed?
Put a number to it, and be realistic. If you have a 4-inch penis, reaching 10 inches probably isn’t realistic. Don’t set yourself up for failure by making your goal unachievable from the beginning.
Step 2 – Create a Plan
You wouldn’t drive across country to a new destination without having some idea of which way you’re going to go. You might even plan to stop for the night somewhere and make a hotel reservation. You’d at least want to use your GPS or a map to make sure you’re heading in the right direction! The same is true for obtaining your goals.
If you don’t have a plan, you’re planning to fail.
Your plan should have:
- Your ultimate goal (remember, make it quantifiable – measurable)
- Your starting metric (length, girth, time, etc.). You won’t know if you’ve made progress, if you don’t know where you started.
- How long it’ll take for you to get to your goal (again, be realistic! Penis enlargement, especially takes time.)
- What you’ll specifically do on a daily basis to get to that goal. Make a calendar and write down exactly what you’ll be doing to help you get to your ultimate goal.
Step 3 – Monitor Your Progress
Again, using the cross-country travel analogy, you’d look at road signs as you traveled, perhaps monitor what towns you’re driving through, as you travel, to ensure you’re heading in the right direction. This would be the only way you’d know if you had accidentally taken a wrong turn and whether or not you were still on schedule to arrive at your final destination at the planned time.
This is where having a measurable goal also comes into play. If you’ve given yourself a year to attain your goal, you know that each month, to remain on schedule, you need to be 1/12th of the way there! If you make your measurement on Day 30 and aren’t where you need to be to stay on track, you’ll know you need to adjust what you’re doing.
Step 4 – Reward Yourself and Get Help with Accountability
Attaining your goal will be a reward in and of itself; however, you need to give yourself mini-rewards for your efforts along the way, to keep motivated. Even if it’s just a mental “Atta boy!” for keeping to your plan for the week, give yourself credit!
Also, get help with accountability. Although your buddy quitting smoking may be able to post on Facebook that he’s gone 6 days without a cigarette, and get encouragement and support from his family and friends, chances are you aren’t going to put the more personal goals, like penis enlargement, on social media.
