Q.  How do I make my reps during training more challenging?…

…For me, the only difference between doing 10 reps and say 40 reps is that it takes longer and my hand and arm ache more.  My penis is kind of just there being pulled along for the ride so to speak albeit at max stretch. It’s very different for example to weight lifting where you can easily measure and track how much weight you are able to lift, how much stress you are exerting and how long you can lift that particular weight for; the penis though isn’t actually doing any work, it’s the hands and arms. You see my struggle?

Big Al: I understand, and it’s this challenge which causes many of us issues with gaining size.  Volume (reps & time) and intensity (force) are two of the main metrics used for forcing progress, but training QUALITY should always take precedence.  Quality is assessed by the feel of the exercise. The best way to describe what you seek would be based on your penis’ response.  Towards the late part of the cycle the work should be taxing enough to where any more would lead to tissue exhaustion.  Tissue stretch is PARAMOUNT here as well.  If you’re performing length work your ligaments then shaft should be stretched and even appear elongated after the session. With girth, the penile tunica/fascia should feel stretched and expanded. The session is capped off with stamina work- resulting in one last maximal tissue stretch.

Q.  I’m curious as to how some guys get really huge temporary and permanent gains from penis pumping….

…I’ve seen this type of training referred to as “extreme” pumping.  Can you tell me more about this?

Big Al:  Extreme pumping is where you adapt the penis to being able to sustain both time and pressure in a pump for long enough periods to require “graduating” to a larger cylinder WITHIN a session.  Some very advanced pumpers graduate more than once during a session!

This type of training may require you to work up to pumping for more than 1 hour per day over the course of several months.  What turns most off about this mode of pumping is the temporary immediate side effects of distorted swelling.  Without a doubt though this method does effectively make the tissues of the penis more pliable, and when combined with excellent EQ this will result in substantial permanent gains even after the temporary pump has dissipated.
