Psychologist Abraham Maslow has an interesting and famous model of human desire called the “Hierarchy of Needs.” This model is taught almost universally in introductory psychology classes across the world. From the realization we need sex and our minds are programmed to crave it, penis enlargement becomes not an unreasonable pursuit. You are confident enough to know how much you can push any situation into arousal and escalation, but at the same time restrained enough to enjoy yourself in the moment.

The final and most holistic level of sexual fitness is all about living a healthy sexual lifestyle. This means having regular and consistent access to sex and relationships. It might be easy or more difficult to achieve, depending on who you are and your current life situation. If you have lots of access to women, that’s great, and you’ll be able to practice everything you learn.

If you’re unsatisfied with your sexual lifestyle, you must start working on this right away. It’s a fundamental, missing component in your success as becoming sexually fit. What’s the point of having sexual fitness if you can’t share it with women? Discover your goals, whether it’s to date around, to find a steady girlfriend, or whatever you may find that you truly want.
