An Introduction to Sexual Fitness: How and Why You Need to Enlarge Your Penis and Get Better at Sex

The Need for Sex

Psychologist Abraham Maslow has an interesting and famous model of human desire called the “Hierarchy of Needs.” This model is taught almost universally in introductory psychology classes across the world. Maslow claims at the deepest psychological and physiological levels of our beings, we are programmed to actively search for several basic desires necessary for survival. Among these fundamental survival needs, Maslow asserts, are: food, water, oxygen, sleep, and sex. Sex, I’d like to argue, is the primary reason for why we find ourselves at the PEGym. We have a fundamental desire to tap into our sexuality and improve our sex lives, and, according to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, we actually need sex. We crave sex, biologically speaking.

Our minds are programmed to crave sex.

Sexual Fitness Explained

From the realization we need sex and our minds are programmed to crave it, penis enlargement becomes not an unreasonable pursuit. The mindset behind sexual male enhancement is to gain a competitive advantage in our society by being sexually fit – the sexual counterpart of being physically fit. What does it mean to be sexually fit? Let’s break it down into the possible components.

Physical Sexual Fitness

  • Penis size
  • Erection strength
  • Frequency of erections
  • Ejaculation volume
  • Knowledge of sexual positions and sexual techniques

For the average man, the physical aspects of sex are what we focus on most. While this can’t be ignored, it’s important to know penis size and sexual techniques are not the big picture but merely a part of it. It’s necessary to have a fully-functional penis and an interchangeable repertoire of “sex moves,” but this part is usually over-thought and overdone. Think of it as muscle size and strength — yes, definitely important. Although the focus of muscle training is to look strong often more so than actually be strong. If you’re going to have a bigger dick someday, you need to learn how to use it to the best of your ability, with no shortcomings all-around.

Training your mind is an important facet of sexual fitness.

Mental Sexual Fitness

  • Ejaculation control
  • Arousal control
  • Sexual confidence

Just as penis enlargement may take years, training your mind may take years as well. The ability to completely control your own thoughts and habits through self-discipline is the only surefire way to see the best results as quickly as possible. Self control is the number one reason why we fail, whether it’s being too lazy to complete a PE workout, or you’re inside a woman and just can’t handle the pleasure, so you let yourself hit the point of no return. This type of mental conditioning will prepare you for sex like nothing else, giving you full control over your penis and your sexual charisma.

There is no one true roadmap for this, but you might stumble upon techniques here and there on the PEGym forums or throughout the web. Stamina training has been explored quite a bit; however, to my knowledge, sexual confidence is not explored as much. The basic idea of sexual confidence is you’re comfort with being attracted and sexual around women, without the need to go crazy and fuck all of them. You are confident enough to know how much you can push any situation into arousal and escalation, but at the same time restrained enough to enjoy yourself in the moment.

Be willing and open to receive feedback from your partner, to achieve sexual fitness.

Awareness Sexual Fitness

  • “Feel” your woman
  • Female psychology
  • Female sexuality
  • Female anatomy

To demonstrate sexual partner awareness, you need to be able to read and receive feedback from your woman in real-time. This is the in-the-moment element of sex, where you just know exactly what you’re going to do. It takes the proper knowledge of women in general, your specific woman and rapid in-the-moment decision-making skills fueled by your very own sense of sexual confidence. There are many resources out there that can lead you to a deeper understanding of the female mind and body (in case your girl can’t tell you everything herself!) Here are several resources to look into for more understanding of human sexuality, psychology, and biology:

  • My Secret Garden by Nancy Friday – Classic women’s literotica
  • The Secrets of Female Sexuality by David Shade- Fantastic book, both insightful and exciting
  • The Red Queen by Matt Ridley -Evolutionary biology and psychology
  • The Female Brain by Dr. Louann Brizendine, M.D. -Female psychology from a medical perspective

Lifestyle Sexual Fitness

  • Healthy sexual habits
  • Sexual learning and practice

The final and most holistic level of sexual fitness is all about living a healthy sexual lifestyle. This means having regular and consistent access to sex and relationships. It might be easy or more difficult to achieve, depending on who you are and your current life situation. If you have lots of access to women, that’s great, and you’ll be able to practice everything you learn.

If you’re unsatisfied with your sexual lifestyle, you must start working on this right away. It’s a fundamental, missing component in your success as becoming sexually fit. What’s the point of having sexual fitness if you can’t share it with women? Discover your goals, whether it’s to date around, to find a steady girlfriend, or whatever you may find that you truly want. This article does not focus on attracting women and escalating to sex, but it’s critically important to have this or else your penis enlargement and natural male enhancement efforts will not be as effective as possible.

Another important aspect of living a healthy sexual lifestyle is forming healthy habits. If you have a problem with a porn or masturbation addiction, this can totally block you from success. This should be dealt with before anything else. If you don’t get it handled, you’ll have to face it while you’re working on other things, which can be chaotic.

A fantastic resource on sexual addiction is a place called FeedTheRightWolf.org. There you will find free resources and a large community of supportive people. Some people are religious and some aren’t, but this is not about religion at all – it’s about doing what is best for your life and maximizing your sexual value as a human being.
