As January 2017 nears the end, it’s a great time to take stock of how you’re doing with your goals.
- Have you been taking the day-to-day actions you need to reach your goals?
- Is your progress where you wanted it to be, so far?
If the answer is “No” to either of these questions, it’s a great time to take a moment to regroup!
Determine what’s preventing you from taking those small, daily steps to reaching your goal and how you can overcome/counter them.
If you’ve been following your original plan, to the letter, but aren’t seeing the results you wanted, think about stepping it up. Quantity and quality are key components to any exercise and it’s effectiveness. Are you doing enough? Are you doing them correctly and with enough intensity? Take actions now, so next month you’re where you want to be!
